Jacob Liddle #198

Don’t see Liddle playing more than 25-30 mins a game. Has only been doing full training a few weeks.

Your journey has been inspiring to us all Jake.

Good luck as you continue to strengthen your body for the rigors ahead.

Would love nothing more than to see you injury free for the rest of your career.

Lovely words Russell. Can you post something similar for Robert Jennings? I believe he's available for selection this week following his nasty hamstring injury.

Dear Robert Jennings

Your Journey Back from Injury has been a thing of amazement. In saying that i now wish you the very best in playing your new position on the left.... LEFT RIGHT OUT

Hopefully something positive will come out out of all the setbacks this poor young bloke has endured.. for one, his mileage is low and at his age now, his body hopefully is more ready for the rigours of an nrl #9
Goodluck Liddle!

I want to play until I am 35. That is the dream.”

Liddle re-signs till 2032..

You could do with some luck..

I havent been as excited to see a player get a good go since Tedesco and hus debut. I still think tjjs guy is top class. If he gets a good run, by next year people wont even remember Harry Grant (with respect).

Deserves some good luck for a change... Lots and lots of good luck

Well lets hope he gets picked this week and gets some game time this season.
If he does well be a great addition next year full fit and solve one of the positions within the spine. Like all WT members wishing you injury free in the future.

I hope he gives Madge a selection headache in a good way. He's been really unlucky with injury and now is his chance to take back the 9 with Walters and Harry out for a bit.

man this forum would go nuclear if they dropped Mbye and put Liddle in......a statue of Liddle would be instantly commissioned for the new COE

They better play him off the bench or at least rotate him for a few games.

Don't want to matterson him

I'd start with Brooks and give Liddle around 25-30 minutes for the next 3 weeks at least

If we aren't in semi finals contention and Grant is only going to be fit for the last 3 weeks play Grant at lock ..much like McInnes plays for the Saints ...especially if we know that Grant is going back to Melbourne

Then switch Lids to wing in defence, Grant to FB, Mbye to Hooker, Brooks to centre and Doueihi to halves.

Close by confusion.

You realize defensively that lock and hookers roles are almost exactly the same ....they both defend in that middle third and most sides set up the same unless they prefer to defend left or right

Grant - 80 mins, 15 hitups, 250m, 52 tackles

Good call

i think if Grant comes back with 3 weeks left and we cant make finals the we either dont play him and give Liddle a run or we play grant lock from the bench like saints do with the 9. If Grant is going back to storm then we dont need to build up his experience stuff them
