That selective pass he threw from dummy half to Brooks when he put Marshall over for a try was a gem. A touch of class that is not often seen in a player at his age. Also, the way he kept pace with Kev in the MWZ try really underscored his pace. No wonder the Storm chased him to replace Smith.

Both talented but different styles of play. I remember Robbie from SG Ball days was a ball playing hooker with great skills. Liddle from NYC scored lots of tries and is clearly more of a ball runner with great speed which robbie lacks…

we all hope he does becomes as successful as he is certainly a goer. I have watched particularly his defence this season but with everyone else defending greatly it doesn't matter at this stage. Benji has been making terrific tackles early on, even if some partly miss, he at least slows them down for the second tackler.

He made Reynolds look slow.

He is very good for us. still a work in progress and need a lot of fine tuning to finesse his game

He looked great yesterday and really got things going from dummy half. As others have said this kid has the potential to be anything hopefully he can stay injury free for a while.

There is no doubt that Liddle adds direction and a touch of class out of dummy half. He, Brooks and Benji are all feeding off the momentum of our forwards.

They didn't offer anything, they stunted our attack in those wins. How many forward passes, poor passes and slow plays until they get relegated? I am certain if we had lost all of those games, you wouldn't be singing their praises.

Liddle is a gun, the kid is only going to get better, hope he can stay injury free so we can see the best of him

His play the ball speed, his dummy half runs, cut out passes to the halves are quality

Liddle is a very similar player to Damien Cook
