I might suggest those saying Bula doesn't get involved enough actually are not paying attention.

2nd highest amount of runs (241) by a fullback in 2024 behind Kiraz, who also plays wing/centre. 5th highest run metres by a fullback (2,102m) in 2024 behind Edwards, Tedesco, Kiraz, Nicoll-Klokstad. 10th in Tackle Breaks (47) for fullbacks in 2024. 6th in Offloads by a fullback (13) in 2024.

I'll tell you where he IS in the bottom level of fullbacks.

Missed tackles. 12th in the NRL for fullbacks, with 19.

So yeah, I guess he just doesn't get involved enough or something.

Just saying that the narrative is weird for a guy that is clearly playing as well, if not better than last season.

He's going to exceed his output from last season. I find it hard to understand how the argument 'he doesn't get involved enough' fits, for the fullback that, literally, has more run attempts than any other fullback in the NRL.

It's like people telling me he isn't fast enough as he runs down players in defence. But then, I got told Doueihi was too slow as well. I'm going to trust what I see now.
