James Graham

I want to see us look after our youth as they are our Future no need for Graham.

The pack to take us through till 2015

8 Woods
9 Farah
10 Galloway
11 Dywer
12 Ellis
13 Heighnton

14 Fifita
15 Murdoch Masala
16 Gibbs
17 Blair

Interesting Sully,

Marquee player Blair on the bench whilst you have young Dwyer partnering Ellis in the starting pack.

I dont thing that will happen in 2012.

I just can't understand why you wouldn't want the world's best forward. are you guys all family members of juniors? honestly now. :brick:

someone who has never played first grade is getting more credit than rugby league's premier big man!!!…(yes i realize the irony....Graham hasn't played first grade either)

I say straight swap, Gibbs out - Graham in.

bigsiro. who sayd he is the best forward in the world. with the quality we already have and with Blair likely to sign we dont need to pay another 350,000 plus for another forward. Re gibbs he is our best defender as a front rower and would not want him to go. i am not saying that Graham would not be a good player but he is unproven in australia and i for 1 am happy with what we have as well as Blair.

I mean this as nicely as possible, but you clearly have no clue.

Gibbs an integral part of our side, and I wouldn't trade him for most props. His defensive work is second to none and he is starting to make metres with the ball in the hand.

Who of the Seniors (Besides Payto in 2013) would make way for James Graham if we scored both he and Blair

So was Ellis. How did that work out?

Blair and Graham would be great. For how long has Ellis resigned?

We aren't talking about O'Meley here, or Weyman or Petero for that matter. Graham is better than all of them and if anyone thinks Gibbs is better they have no clue.

Bryce Gibbs has played well the last season or two, but he is not a a patch on Graham.

Truly, I wouldn't want to trade Gibbs. But everyone on these pages wants to keep youth at the expense of signing someone special. If that's the case then some other prop would have to make way (and I dig the big red).

James Graham is a gun forward in the Super League and his name brings a lot of hype to media headlines over there. Sam Burgess was a gun forward in the Super League and he came here with a whole lot of hype looking for top dollar. Now Sam Burgess has spent an entire season in the NRL, between this year and last year he really hasn't set the world on fire. The the thing is, the NRL is a tougher competition than the Super League. More often than not, when gun players come from the Super League they're brought back into the pack where as players that leave here to play in the Super League look like superstars. With the exception of Gareth Ellis who's form has been exceptional since coming to the NRL, I wouldn't count on James Graham being a superstar here that the media hype him up to be because as Burgess has proven, the competition in the NRL brings the Super League hyped up players back to the pack

Sorry Chris…James Graham is a freak...no hype he performs week in week out...duel Redhead Props with Gibbo dropping back to the backrow....look out

Burgess hasn't been bad at all

At 22 odd he would have looked very good in the Tigers Colours…

I'm not saying that Burgess has been bad all I'm saying is that Burgess came here with all this hype around him and I think he really hasn't lived up to that hype. He's probably played well for the bunnies but with all the hype around him I was kind of expecting more from him.

Geo, Graham might turn out to be a freak here too, what I'm trying to allude to here is that I'd rather have Blair who is tried and tested in the NRL than take a gamble with Graham and out lay a crap load of money. We got lucky with Ellis, are we really that lucky to have lightning strike in the same spot twice? I may be wrong but it's just the way that I perceiving this as the moment

We must be watching different games.
Burgess can win games by himself against any opposition.
Don't judge him without factoring in the guys he is playing with.

I have not even seen Graham's name linked to the Tigers ? Maybe we should focus on guys who have at least had a mention with the club i.e Blair

Tele reckons Bulldogs to make big play for Graham (I know tele is dodgy)

I reckon Andrew Ryan to ESL, also with Idris going, they will have the dollars.

Heard on the Big Sports Breakfast yesterday that Graham is a done deal to the bulldogs all he has to undergo is a medical according to bulldog ritchie

Graham met with our CEO whilst he was down here during the 4 nations at the end of 2010 as well as being linked with the Tigers Earlier on during the Season.

As with the Lote Signing and the Ellis signing before that, The Deal was done with the Tigers wall before being made public.

Note in particular the Ellis deal was confirmed and announced almost a year before he arrived in Oz…

Dogs are great at gezumping Though..
