This is why the NRL is a joke. Rules are changed weeks before a season starts. They need to pick up their game and make changes at least 52 weeks prior to change is enforced. Clubs need to plan.

Your right. NRL is so reactive and never proactive. It doesn't matter if it goes down to 6 if the refs allow time wastage all game. Feels like NFL sometimes honestly.
