James Tedesco Signs with Roosters [Official]

The thing I see with this is how many years they would be wanting to sign for? If they all sign 3 year deals? Then what we have the same problem in 2 years time.
Teddy and Woods 4 year deals for sure.
As for Moses and Brooks I'd be waiting half a Season to see how they go and if need be deciding between one or the other, it is a massive risk cause they could go great guns and that will put pressure from other Clubs, I would rather that than commit to paying overs before the year begins.
**I have the feeling that something has been agreed already and they will all stay.**
Many are forgetting Nofo he is a must.

Hope you're right but I'm starting to have my doubts, particularly about Moses. Including Noffa and Idris, I think it's almost impossible that we keep all of them.

Interestingly, if we do keep the big 4, should we expect separate announcements or will they announce them all at once?

If they did announce they were all staying at the same time I'd probably cream my pants!

I can see rumour and speculation de-railing our season if they aren't locked up early on.

Totally agree. It happened back in 1979 at Wests when 3 players went to Manly. The players used to run around the park discussing how much they were getting. They were minor premiers and didn't win another game in the finals. I reckon all the talk about money and contract killed the team morale and harmony.
Don't want to see it again here

We lost half a team, another two went to Newtown.
My old man used to tell me they would back themselves to make the semis…theyd achieve their goal, and usually go out in straight sets

I find it perplexing that our 2017 captain, the man who is meant to be leading our club will spend the 2017 season, testing his market value and dealing with other clubs.

It might be common these days but something about it doesn't fit right with me..

I reckon we will get some news the week leading into Round 1, then more news the following week leading into our first Home Game of the season Sunday Afternoon at Campbelltown!

I hope you are right but i cant see that happening. The only news i think we will get is the name of the player being cast aside, if its Simona their will be a meltdown on here considering the lemons we are carrying on our roster.

Our 2006 captain did it too, wrapped himself in cotton wool and dogged it too.

What a lot of garbage, he could have sat out and made sure that he made the SOO., but didn't and copped another injury.

They are talking about Aaron Woods yet unsigned and Scott Prince how he had signed elsewhere in his last season..

It's OK Robbie does that to people..

Or… he could be waiting for the NRL to finalise the salary cap so he knows what a fair price is.

Gus Gould seems to think the cap won't be finalised until September 2017 or so.

Really? That is ridiculous.
