Allegedly the stillnox(?) saga has struck the kiwis. JWH, SBW and Foran were the culprits apparently and maybe Kearney decided not to play them for those reasons. Lucky Foran was injured and SBW was leaving, it didn't make it a big story, but if Foran was fit and Sonny was staying in league, there would have been an outcry for sure

As for whether jwh will find anything extra due to non selection, well I think that's a myth…. Let's say he does come out and make 200m, what good is it really going to do him with the next nz game in October or something?!

As for him as a player? I think he's pretty damn awesome, but exactly the type our bash em bench has been hell bent on beating this year. One of him, our wolf pack for us...

Our Kapau and Blair will show them the reason they are there. These boys are playing for their family, the best motivation. They have a legacy to show their daughters. My money is on them performing.JWH has nothing to prove as he is there all along, Kapau will show that he is up there amongst the best.

exactly, officially they were considered, but not picked.

The other strange non selection was Steve Matai who has been outstanding, i thought he must not have been available, but apparently he was, and just another crazy non selection (unless of course he was also involved in the Stillnox drama)
