With PNG, I can understand families being hesitant, but as long as security is tight, then I would be going for it. Single guys would be mad not to go.

I reckon PNG has more appeal to older players loking for one last huge tax free payday

I dont know if there is specific term...they just said they would provide it to help establish the team...in theory they could scrap it a year after the roster is filled. PVL and co are playing with fire on this as it's almost like having a $21m salary cap and many other incentives like relocation, accommodation, travel that sit outside the cap. If they start screwing up other teams rosters and dominating, it is going to get very noisy....dont forget they have basically bribed the rest of the comp with a cash injection they paid to the other teams. Once that washes through the noise will get very loud.
