In hindsight. There weren’t many detractors at the time. Coming off the season he had, leading the Panthers for half the season with Cleary out, he looked like he was worth every cent. The issue with the club is the environment that’s ingrained that players come here and coast.

I would value him at 600k, but it was rumoured the Panthers top offer was 800l, so you could live with paying him that under a 12 million dollar salary cap, but not a cent more.
In saying this he is only one part of our spine who are clueless and Doueihi has been just about our best player this season, so he cannot be blamed.

Most will have ratchet clauses in line with that, so it's more the % of the cap each player takes.

Sure 👍.. Luke brooks would not have made the team .. do you think with the amount of talent they had to choose from that if Jarome was not the absolute best man for the job he would have kept his position.. do you realise that they have that group to play with and Jarome has toa and no second rowers when fainu is not there ..
