1.2 million well spent for the first 18 months. But after that it's only really the performance that matters, and he wasn't giving us value. Well handled by everyone involved in my opinion. Benji has big balls and is a very respectful guy in my opinion. I'd run through the brick wall for him if he were my coach.

Benji is doing what all good coaches do, hes taking the shots for the players. Thats why iv no doubt we will be fine. Did the exact same thing for Galvin when Benji was being thrown under the bus, he was defending Galvin so the 19 year old wouldnt be hammered as much esp in the media.

I want to thank Luai for coming to the tigers in the 1st place,he didn't set the world on fire hear, apart from the last game at Leichhardt against the titans, that would be a great memory. Hope he puts in the rest of the year like the professional he is and lets see how high we finish this year.

If the figure claimed by the media is accurate (which is highly unlikely) then it is very poor management by whoever agreed to it,we will never know the truth of the matter because everything is pure speculation unless the people who agreed to it speak up and i can't ever see that happening.

Tbh the biggest winner for me out of this is Benji. He's long been accused of playing favourites and Jarome is one of his most closest confidants but he's made the tough call of moving him for the long term future of the club (something no one would've ever thought). His growth as a coach is improving just needs to surround himself with better people.

For now he’s potentially going into year four with rookie halves and poor depth in the forwards.

Lots of work to do this off-season.

I don’t like that Benji had to front up to justify long term recruitment strategy, when it’s his job to win now. Guaranteed he’ll come under pressure if we’re going terribly next year.

I’ve been supportive of Benji this year but starting to lose faith. If we’re letting Luai go because we’ve got good young halves, let’s at least have a look at them in FG.

Starting next year with guys who havent played together in first grade is beyond stupid.
