Suspect O Sullivan justifiably had loftier ambitions,and accept that
We shldnt be buying on Benjis comfort levels

Look I have no doubt O'Sullivan doesn't have ambitions for our reserve grade half.

But he should and could have fought into the Dolphins first grade side, somewhere...

The ideal candidate here is someone who's blocked from their first grade spot in another team.

This is a test for Benji. Madden is his captains pick and Benji knows him best probably out of all the NRL coaches. If Madden turns into a first grader, Benji is a good coach. If Madden turns into a paperweight, Benji needs to go.

Where do you come up with this stuff...
Madden played no more than a dozen games of reserve Grade in Benjis last 2 years at WT's,
and Debuted in First Grade after Benji left.

They'd barely have crossed paths.
