Personally I'm happy as long as it's an amicable separation lol as the club needs to transition Latu & Javon into the halves soon (and work out how they do it with AD as well).
But yes who would take him for a 1-year that he would agree to join? In saying that, fair chance we'd have to stump up $500k for him to play elsewhere as no one is going anywhere near $1.2M.
Luai probably won't want to move his family from Sydney with his pending move to PNG either so it limits the options to Sydney clubs you would think.
Dragons or Eels the only possibilities I reckon.

All that culture talk aside, he achieved nothing at the Tigers... and now he's being asked to leave.
His arrogance may have caused this.

I reckon Shaun & Benji told him this as outlined in the story. Maybe the delayed concussion was BS but more to give him time to process it as Luai's very much a 'head space' player. Possibly his Insta story a bit of a vent ... let's see if he turns up to play tomorrow night.
IF someone takes him we have just saved 1.2 million dollars which could be much better spent elsewhere.
What is the problem with that ?
I would be getting rid of a few others along with him.
