OFFICIAL Jarome Luai - #295

Clueless?? Do you ever stop to think 🤔 before you post ? You cannot play on 5 NRL grand finals and be clueless.. World Cup finals , origin wins and clueless is your summation .. I’m certain I know who is clueless and it ain’t jarome ..
Have you watched Nathan Clearly, Isaiah Yeo, Dylan Edwards and Liam Martin play?
Ivan Vleary and the Panthers hierarchy knew as long as they had them, the results would follow as everyone else just fill in the blanks.
Be fair dinkum, Luke Brooks would also have 4 NRL Premierships if he was lucky enough to be 5/8 in those teams.

Exactly, if he was so crucial to the panthers success he would’ve been offered more than the 700k they laid out and they would’ve tried harder to keep him around

Sure 👍.. Luke brooks would not have made the team .. do you think with the amount of talent they had to choose from that if Jarome was not the absolute best man for the job he would have kept his position.. do you realise that they have that group to play with and Jarome has toa and no second rowers when fainu is not there ..

Someone will see $600k as a bargain, and he can attract talent as weve seen
But gotta be careful he doesnt attract talent to Chiefs
From my perspective,he was worth the gamble, but his work is done here
Wld have been a long 2027 with him not putting in 100%

I don’t hate him moving on a year early … particularly if he is going to start dropping cryptic tweets …paying $600k though which seems likely and the disruption that it will inevitably cause still shows the public that the clown show vibes exist at the club …

He's now posted on insta with the quote "gods plan, not mine" and the song is moving on. Photo of him in Tigers kit

Starford posted with a bunch of Eagles, but I assume that more of a suggestion.

Im not dancing for joy just yet. Let's hope there is a buyer out there.

Credit to Benji, I didnt think he would have the Kahuna's to make this call. If we didnt have great talent being held back, I'd be ok with Luai staying, but with Latu and Javon, it was a no brainer for me. AD and Luai dont work in the halves at all and we have 2 potential stars, 2 really natural halves just waiting for the chance.

For me, Luai will go down with Moses, Galvin and Woods.

I put my tin foil hat on, played some reruns of Mr Squiggle and started connecting a few dots

10 days…
Against Newcastle Luai didn’t call a single play
Few days later, late onset concussion…

Perhaps the club told him before the Newcastle game, then they gave him the week off once they realised he couldn’t ‘get his head right’

The self appointed bastion of team first chose to bail 18 monthe early and hit the off switch
Left us with little choice
