The culture we had when we were running 3rd? Things shifted when he said he was leaving, which to me is an indicator he was the leader. He was the reason for the positive change.I hope he takes that rotten culture with him, preferably lodged fair up his clacker. It is a myth.
We need to build a real one pronto so next year’s spoon doesn’t come our way.
I disagree. We played our best footy when he was injured and wasn’t on the field. The culture we had when we were running 3rd? Things shifted when he said he was leaving, which to me is an indicator he was the leader. He was the reason for the positive change.
But, he was also the reason for the negative change. Everyone bought into what he sold. To then pack up and leave, it would have had huge implications on the dressing room.
Love or hate him, before he said he was leaving - he had the club on the up.
Did we?I disagree. We played our best footy when he was injured and wasn’t on the field.
It’s no coincidence that we lost seven in a row when he came back and derailed our season.
There was no reason to make a major announcement in the middle of the season, unless you’re self-centred or have an agenda. Being sacked shows me it’s the latter.
I’m interested to see how the off-season develops.
He had a great game against the Titans - we have just suffered ongoing injuries since then loss of confidence and lack of depth to counter our weaknesses.I disagree. We played our best footy when he was injured and wasn’t on the field.

Are you suggesting they shouldve tried to keep.it quiet?I disagree. We played our best footy when he was injured and wasn’t on the field.

So much the same situation as one Ivan Cleary. These Penrith blokes seem to be out to destroy us! Giving us hope of better only to bail prematurely. The culture we had when we were running 3rd? Like it or not, he’ll be a lot better suited to the Eels next year. All due to Moses. Moses will do all the general play kicking and organising which will suit his game a lot better. He’ll play the role that he should have played here.

Good point, these gap years can backfire in fact he could dance around like an Apache on the war path even more to avoid being tackled, wouldn't that provide us with a good chuckle.Depends whether he wants to play in a dinner suit or not. He's got a lot of money waiting for him in Port Moresby that will go begging if he gets seriously hurt next year.
I'm suggesting the deal should have been done at the beginning or end of the year. Are you suggesting they shouldve tried to keep.it quiet?
That announcement would.have been discussed and.approved by the club...it had to be done once he signed theres no way it doesnt come out...png first signing huge news
Great players consistently play great, lead a team and create magic plays, like Lockyer, Slater, Smith, and Cleary have. I personally believe he’s highly overrated and we paid overs. He had a great game against the Titans - we have just suffered ongoing injuries since then loss of confidence and lack of depth to counter our weaknesses.
He doesn't even crack the top 10 of halves. The guy's a dud.Did we?
The team put 44 points on the cowboys in round 2, our highest score of the season.
Jarome had 1 try, 1 line break, 2 line break assists, 3 try asissts.
Its no coincidence the team fell off a cliff when their fearless leader said he was leaving, as opposed to form related. It was mental. This also coincided with ALOT of injuries to key players.
So i disagree with your disagreement 😂😂

I’m great. I’m simply replying to your comments and providing the facts.Pretty select list there
Coping ok leck?
Let it.go.mate its less than 2 weeks now
Think 2006 and Scott Prince.Depends whether he wants to play in a dinner suit or not. He's got a lot of money waiting for him in Port Moresby that will go begging if he gets seriously hurt next year.
Of course we paid overs - it's the only way to get players to sign with this club. Without knowing the exact amounts of any of our players for output/ results - they are all overpaid.Great players consistently play great, lead a team and create magic plays, like Lockyer, Slater, Smith, and Cleary have. My point was his leadership skills on the field, which haven’t been evident since he came to the club.Of course we paid overs - it's the only way to get players to sign with this club. Without knowing the exact amounts of any of our players for output/ results - they are all overpaid.
Slater, Lockyer, and Cleary have never played with a club trying to get off the bottom of the ladder so it's a mute argument and the players they had around them can not be compared to this squad.
Looks like youre just bagging him for the hell of itI’m great. I’m simply replying to your comments and providing the facts.
