I like that he tries to play the ball quickly. He seems to have an uncanny ability to make ground when turned backwards in the tackle. He seems to move forward in defense and seems to have a good ball and all tackle.
Maybe Benji can teach him some steps and we could be looking at a reborn Juggernaut!

I thought he was injured most of his time with Hull KR but seeing that clip has changed my mind.
He is very direct runner but will get us in the front foot and make more meters than Bell does.
I would like this signing for the rest of this season. Might be tough though as his family are settled in North Qld and has a decent job also.

Haven't seen a direct quote but the media seem to be reporting that he is hanging out for an NRL return. If he is then I would imagine he has discussed the logistics with the misses. If he hasn't it could be a tense time at the Clinton household right now haha.

The way you and everyone else seems so opposed to Clinton, it seems like only an Origin player will suffice. Let me ask, name a player thats available who could do a better job than Clinton?

From the video clip,actually surprised me, and I would imagine he could do a job for us,but it has to be noted they play a lot flatter in the NRL ,lot harder to get the old fashion big wind up in the NRL.

I think the worry is we are going to be missing Woods and Farah come SOO so we probably need Clinton

I like the look of him in the video but then again it's a highlights package whether he would measure up the same in the NRL is another question and I didn't notice too much in the way of how he defends. If the rumours are true then hopefully it is fair to assume that our recruitment people have searched far and wide and Clinton is the best option available. It's their job to make the call if it comes off we'll see what their judgement was like. And if it comes off good luck to the big bloke, if he wants another crack at NRL maybe he has the motivation to make it work and if he is willing to move his family to try and make his dream come true then I hope he is a stunning success.
