Why on Earth would you undergo professional rugby league training on an almost daily basis for a full year, but spend your down-time eating Oportos?

Fair enough if he just sat around playing Xbox and eating burgers - that's consistent. But to eat crap on a daily basis then turn up for training and punish yourself? I don't get it. It's like some of those footballers who turn up to training drunk or hungover. Man how do you get through a day's elite training after doing that to yourself?

Oporto’s is the healthier option.
Trust me ..I’m a connoisseur ?

Nah it’s not bro . You get a half chicken box with rice and tomato salad , and you think maybe 500 calories right ? Nope try 1000.

But a pro football player needs 4000 calories a day ..
Maybe joeys not being totally honest ?
I pump the takeaway and still look ripped .

Yeah like you ripped through your 7 XL's

Until Leilua shows us different ..it's all meh ...his brother had his best season .....enuff said ...this has always been Joey's story

People can change in the right environment and the right people around them...hope he lives up to his playing standards....

I feel ok Ink,because we are maybe finally seeing the culture change many of us have yearned for...Madge and co are guiding this ship through troubled waters and are doing a fine job...If BJ has reformed his lifestyle and produces his best for us,we will have a heck of a ride in 21....

Well he looked like a slug last year and played like one. Going off how he looks this pre-season, I can only see good things ahead if he keeps his head screwed on. We're going to have a seriously damaging left edge based on how Lucy looks and played last weekend - I think we'll see the best of Joey this year - that's my prediction.

Another prediction, Tapaoa to have a great year on the left wing, possibly outscoring Nofo.

I think that people understate the impact that BJ had on Nofos great year last year. Go and watch Nofo's trys last year and watch how many were assisted by great passes from Joey.

Great to hear the blunt honesty.
Now he has to earn respect from us fans, only way to do that is perform. If he performs it would be like another signing for us compared to last year.

Positive for us is he is in a contract year for next 2 years. If he performs we take up next years option & then he has to perform to get probably his last big deal if he plays to his potential.

Hopefully we see plenty of those don't argue fends and then passing it to the winger.

How excited is everyone? We basically have two of the best centres in the comp and both are happy to be here and to do their best for the club. I’m excited 😛 😛😛😛

...and one of the best wingers on 1 wing. If we had landed JAC, we would easily have had the best centre/wings in the comp.

Munster basically bendered for 4 days straight after the grand final win and then murdered NSW only a couple days later. Some players can do it ??

Munster looks like a Bacardi Breezer kind of ponce. The poxy mo' tops it off.

He just needs the man bun and he’d look like a hipster barista .

BJ absolutely bashed us in previous Years

That's the form that we should demand before even thinking about offering him another year after this.

It is a privilege to play for the Tigers

Nah...tea, and coffee via a Nespresso coffee pod machine at home then Maccas Real Coffee Shakes when travelling is all I drink now.
I consumed about 50 years worth of various alcohols in about 20 years and found I was getting in tooooo much trouble so I stopped about 30 years ago.
Yuh right about the red cordial though...Cottee's Apple and Red Raspberry with no added sugar.
I still get in tooooo much trouble with the Mrs though.
