Lets be realistic- he missed the majority of pre season and he will take time to warm up. But playing with his brother beside him should speed the process up. As much as Noff cops it here he is also a damaging runner and good finisher which also will help BJ cause

I’m really excited, nervous but excited.

Please, we need a much faster winger outside of JL to capitalise on what he creates. Try to put yourself in the position of our forwards and halves who create opportunities only for them to be shut down due to the lack of pace on the wings. We have money to spend and top 30 spots, there are no excuses this year for not recruiting pace.

Nofo can score tries. Thompson can score tries. They aren't that slow.

I have never seen Nofo leave a players grasping at air due to pace. Thompson yes and Scolari regularly. Huge difference.

I don't think it'll make a huge difference at all. Nofo has been really good for us for a number of years. I don't see him as a massive weakness at all. I'd much prefer a gun fullback over a winger with pace. Nofo gets us going forward all the time plus he scores tries via hard runs.

Nofo running into some space will score tries for us. Assuming both Leulua's are on Nofo's side I can see him scoring a lot of tries.

The issue will be defence.

While I completely agree with you about Nofo, and glad to see someone else feels the same - I still reckon we need genuine pace out wide more than a fullback.

I only say this because I have faith in Mbye at fullback, and to a lesser extent even Thompson. Fully fit Mbye at the back is safe, and he has a bit of pace about him to create something too.

Just not keen to carry Jennings on the wing.

I’ve seen Nofa score plenty of tries that no other winger would even go close to scoring.
Plus all those dirty metres he makes coming out of our own 20 metre zone, are invaluable.
He has never shirked any hard hit ups.
Plus he’s as loyal as and other Tiger the club has had.

Im glad of this signing. Him and Elijah Taylor can compete for most stupid penalties given away 😅 Haha just kidding. I think it's a good signing for sure.
