He's a winger _bro_. I've said this before and I'll say it again… YES there are differences, I've played both codes (YES, not at that level, but I have some sort of measure... and I'm sure as do you), but to say the game is foreign to him is ridiculous. People are overplaying the "he'll take time to adjust" excuse.
I'm not necessarily saying he'll go great-guns, he could be going terrible (according to some he is, I can't watch so..), but that's purely because of his talents more so than the fact that he hasn't played league before.
What I'm saying is, he's ready for league, or should be very soon, but first grade... I wouldn't have a clue, but would love to see him there and somehow find it very hard to believe he could go worse than Utai and to SOME extent Reddy - who I appreciate is a veteran and can read the game a lot better than both Utai and Grant.
