John Morris Gone

Geez we have a lot of supporters that somehow know our assistant coaches are the problem, without knowing what actually goes on between the 4 walls.
I know most of us want change and believe that will change our onfield success, but this way of thinking continues to overlook the main problem.
Fixing the playing roster to ensure it is highly competitive, including having competitive depth is far and away our number one issue that is preventing onfield success.
As the old saying goes “There is only so much juice you can squeeze out of the lemon”
Who selected, cultivated and picked these lemons?

Do you think the coaching staff got the best our of our current roster?

it’s crazy to me that Pat Richards managed to get a job as GM of football here. What experience does he have in managing a salary cap?

I think we will only attract the young, naive type who think they can make a difference and is keen to learn.

Or the old head whose days have gone past him.

If you have 5 clubs chasing you, I don't know why you'd pick a team where the coaching staff has no experience, facilities are pretty crap and you won't get much support.

Let's see..

John Morris was the most experienced on our coaching staff and 1st one out, no mention of the real crap being labeled as coaches - that worries me.

Looks like the mates club of Op Shop bargain buys continues for another season.

Who selected, cultivated and picked these lemons?
Which lemons, the players or the coaches or both?
Surely our abysmal attack is much more of a concern than our defence which was good for 9 rounds?
I would have been much happier with John Morris as our coach and Benji getting the boot.
