You can’t take legal action it’s sensationalised but nothing is untrue. He tested positive and negative to a drug test and was driving with an expired license. The test has been sent off for analysis. Unless I have the facts wrong.

I think there is a big difference between being an unlicensed driver and driving with an expired licence.
