Reminder guys.

Always walk away fron heated conflict with women.
You can never win.

Correct. As Xi Jinping advised Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon in relation to his discussions with the North Korean leader. The biggest power shows his strength by walking away.

Yep.

Wont gain a thing by arguing with a woman.
Can lose it all though.

Be strong my brothers.

Well said.although two sides to every argument, even if your right you will gain nothing.
Just say shut ya mouth and apologise ?

**'Humble beginnings' helped Reynolds keep things in perspective: Mbye**

By Sam Phillips
February 13, 2020 — 7.08pm

Moses Mbye never entertained the prospect of starting the season without Josh Reynolds.

The Tigers skipper could only watch on as off-field issues engulfed Reynolds' summer and took hold of the playmaker. Reynolds is facing a charge of assault occasioning actual bodily harm but has maintained his innocence.

It wasn't until NRL boss Todd Greenberg chose not to stand down Reynolds - allowing him to play come round one next month - that Mbye felt he could talk.

"It was awesome. I think deep down, we all knew the situation and where it was at so it was quite relieving that he got the right decision and we always had trust in him and that the decision was going to go the right way," Mbye said in Perth before he leads the club into their NRL Nines campaign. "He's stoked. He's obviously had a tough summer off the field so he's looking forward to getting back on the park and playing some footy."

Mbye is close friends with Reynolds after playing four seasons together at the Bulldogs and he admired the way the playmaker handled the unenviable scenario over the summer.

"He's just got a great attitude to life. He comes from humble beginnings and he doesn't take anything for granted," Mbye said. "He appreciates the little things in life and he had a great attitude throughout the whole thing. He had his moments where he was a bit down but overall he's been so good to have around. He hasn't affected anyone with his attitude. He's just been really good."

With Reynolds now set to play in round one, the Tigers' attention has turned to breaking the longest finals drought in the competition.

Coach Michael Maguire was frank about raising the standards at the club after the Sharks beat the Tigers in the final game of the season to earn the final spot in the eight and that has seen pre-season training kicked up a notch this summer.

"I feel like those standards are being raised every day. I certainly feel like our standards have been raised every day - every day that we turn up is a step in the right direction, for sure," Mbye said. "Madge is obviously huge on his culture and what he wants to build and I feel like we've built some really strong values and feel like the boys have really bought into what we are driving.

"We're certainly going in the right direction and I think we're in a really sound position to give the comp a shake up this year."

Mbye believes the impact both Leilua boys and Adam Doeuihi will bring justifies his assessment.

"Obviously we've lost Esan Marsters and the strike he brings but we've gained two quality players," he said.

"Everyone knows what BJ can do. He's a strike centre - he's a big frame and he carries his weight really well when he gets around the park. He's going to be vital for us."

The Tigers kick off their Nines campaign against the star-studded Rabbitohs on Friday night.

Everyone is happy he's back playing': Reynolds to start in trial match

Reynolds and the Tigers' new recruit Adam Doueihi will be named on Tuesday afternoon for the weekend tune-up against the Panthers.

Reynolds, who spoke briefly outside Sutherland Local Court earlier this month, is expected to speak publicly after the game. Just as Reynolds alerted the NRL about the domestic violence allegations before he was charged by police last December, his teammates have also been across his situation, which is why most of them were hardly surprised by the sensational Del Busso claims aired on Nine a fortnight ago.

Tigers coach Michael Maguire was more than happy for Reynolds to return this weekend when most rival clubs will rest their big stars. It is expected Reynolds will spend time at five-eighth - co-captain Benji Marshall will not trial - and share the dummy-half duties with Billy Walters."Josh will play, he's got himself in good shape and he's ready to play,'' Maguire said."I think everyone is happy he's back playing. He played the last few games at the end of last season, so he's got himself out of that [injury] cycle."He's been training well, he's done all the sessions and we're now looking forward to seeing how he performs.''

Maguire will also play Doueihi at fullback, but fellow new recruit Joey Leilua will be saved for Saturday week's trial in New Zealand. Under-rated prop Zane Musgrove will also play in Saturday's trial Panthers Stadium, his first game in two years since being pleading guilty to damaging property back home in New Zealand, then later being found guilty of a December 2018 indecent assault of a woman at the Coogee Bay Hotel.

Reynolds is free to play after cutting free from the ball and chain. Has been training at 6.
So who will line up at 9 on Saturday against the Cleary clan from the banjo playing foothills?

Walters and M'Bye will do time there you'd expect, potentially Simpkin as well. Reynolds will play hooker at some point

Will be interesting to see how Walters goes at 9 in the trials. I see him as a 6 who won’t let the team down, so he may be a valuable bench player in round 1? I don’t really like having a pivot or hooker on the bench but with Benji not 100% and our 9 solution not forthcoming, it appears to be an option to have a solid guy like Walters on the bench?

Benji is 35 now, I think we need a Bench player ready to step in if required as well as in prep for next season

Benji is gone at the end of this year 100%

On Walters it is up to him now to step up as this will be his biggest and probably last opportunity to cement a permanent NRL. Position

I can't see a place for Reynolds even if he remains injury free. I think Walters, Doueihi and Talau have greater versatility and future in the roles we want - hooker, halves and centres. Between W, D & T we are well covered for Benji succession and other roles as needed. Reynolds just doesn't fit- nothing against him at all but he has been a bad signing on way too much $$$$.

Benji will not last the whole season ,Walters or Reynolds will play a lot there one thinks ..so there is competition for that spot .. we’ll maybe if hammies can last the distance!

I'll bet that Benji sees more game time at 6 than Reynolds.

So two props cheekam and a utility (either Walters or Reynolds) on bench? Madge does love 4 fowards on bench though

That's weaken us imo

We don’t have enough good props to run four forwards on the bench. Two props, a second rower and a utility is the strongest way to do the bench I reckon. Garner can play 80 mins.

I wouldn’t be so confident about that. I think it will depend if others step up.

Yeah, but the game has moved on and it just doesn't work the same way now in a game with two less interchanges.

I hope so, I seen him asked and he said he is not sure, Pascoe needs to tap him on the shoulder and say you are moving in to an off field roll in 2021
