Why would he be stood down? He swore at someone...Fox catches players swearing in the games all the time.
Swearing in your own home is not a sackable offence.
This woke revolution is getting out of hand.
That is intimidation, she is clearly scared and he threatens to 'flip'. That is domestic violence.

Please. I'm the last person you'd accuse of being "woke". Besides woke is a term you use to criticise someone when you don't know the correct words to use. I'm only asking whether he'll be stood down not saying he should be.
Sorry mate...I wasn't accusing you of being woke.
I was saying that it's sad, in general, that our minds go immediately to the possibility of sacking a guy for something so small if a woman is involved.
Apologies if it came across the wrong way.

I guess it's subjective. She doesn't sound scared to me. He asked her to leave? Why didn't she if she was so intimidated? It was an invitation to go freely.
I'll go on record and say I've told a women to "get out of my house or else I'll get really angry". Same thing as "flip" in my opinion.
If that's the new and broadened definition of domestic violence, I guess I'm guilty of domestic violence and intimidation then.

Happy to hear I’m wrong but I can’t see how we’re $750k better off at this point.
Agree... stupidity rules the NRL. He may not ever play another game for us but we’ll still be paying his salary that entire time. Thanks Iv... thx a lot
No his contract would be null and void.

Lol You must be joking. Was it also the dog talking back to him? Pretty remarkable animal.

Neither the club or the NRL can tolerate this.

Why did it take the Dragons so long to get Cap relief for De Bellend....
It depends what path the Club take...
Wests tigers would have to terminate his contract for that...given the official statements after both incidents they look to be sticking by Reynolds for now

Not defending Josh.
Just strongly against the BS hysteria, for someone to see that tape and suggest it's all over when this gets out - and this wasn't just that smoking gun muppet, is just bizarre. I'm not the type to react like JR did in that video, but I, as well as anyone who has had a relationship with a woman, promise you that that would not be an uncommon occurrence between couples.
It might be all over for him, but it's not because of the tape. It's because he had actually done something illegal.

The ravens stood by rice until video released. Different sports I know BUT there’s words and accusations then there’s video. And that isn’t a good look. All it’s gonna take is a main sponsor to say get rid of him or we walk.
However tigers need to take a stand on moral ground here. I suspect he will be stood down at some point in the near future, especially if there’s more footage
