Regardless of a “set up” or “being recorded” do you think the behaviour is appropriate? Also you would think being recorded would of slowed him down a bit and just walk out of the room. But it didn’t.

If she didn’t voluntarily leave and he asked her at any point previous to the recording your point is null. He may be an NRL player but what she did would still be constituting provocation, please...

Apparently it was the house they shared. This incident was before the DV incident later on

Apparently - is that speculation

Just what I’m reading

Do share!

Just posted where you can read it

Was there a DVO issued when he got charged the first time? He's breaching his AVO order just by being in the same room with her if true.

Warning to everyone: anyone who posts those tweets on this page will have their posts deleted.

Those tweets are not corroborated and the matter is with the police & courts.

Pascoe is also head of a major law firm? Is there anything the man can’t do?

Sorry, my bad, Board Chair.

He would be if this video was AFTER, but this is before..allegedly.

Didn't Josh already indicate he was going to defend the DV charge/s made against him. The courts will sort this out soon enough. Until he's found guilty (and he might well be acquitted) he's entitled to the same presumption of innocence as everyone else.

He's still rousing at a semi-naked defenceless woman laying on his/her/their bed. The burner account said she busted him hiding in the loo having a bat on xvideos after a three day coke binge. Up to the magistrate to decide facts.

This video isn’t gonna help his claim of “Ive never been physically or verbally aggressive to a woman ever”

From Facebook - Josh Reynolds who was charged with domestic violence in November is seen in a video that we won't post here for legal reasons, is allegedly seen in a video doing the rounds on social media repeatedly and aggressively calling a female "dog and a c*nt".

Without knowing context it appears she scared him which upset him whilst recording him without his knowledge. It's unknown how old the video is however it's doing the rounds on social media in private groups.

More on www.nrluniverse.com

So he reacted when he found out he was being recorded without his knowledge? Is that really all? If so he's the victim.

Geez what a horrible take.

It's not a horrible take at all. Like @happy_tiger said previously this incident is so clearly a set-up by the woman in question. She's provoked him then recorded his reaction on camera, all for what? And the way you blokes go on and on as if you've never argued with a woman in your life. He won't be sacked for this and shame on whoever recorded/distributed the video.

Of course, it is. Because it's against how you take the whole situation. I've noticed that a lot with your posts...

Sure, he's using language I don't necessarily agree with but you really do have to question why the woman has chosen to record all of this instead of leaving like Reynolds had asked her to.

Seems a lot in here condone this kind of behaviour. He has history of being aggressive/intimidating behaviour towards women.

By the same token SG, you’re ok with being secretly recorded in an uncompromising situation?

What must be remembered is that we don't have all the facts. We don't know what preceded or occurred after the video in question. We don't know for a fact whether the other person is stitching him up or he had form that day and took it as evidence.

It's easier to condemn both him and/or her looking at the video in isolation. The truth is it is likely to be a lot more complex than that so maybe accusations of both him and her should be reserved for when his case is heard. I note that this is not endorsement of anyone's behaviour.

The whole situation is him being extremely aggressive and abusive to a woman that’s there on her own. That’s just a fact. Further to that he has a history of this kind of behaviour and has a current case before the courts.

Name one thing I’ve said that isn’t true.

You say in the same breath that “none of us should pass judgment “ but “looks like he was set up to me”.?

So what you mean is none of us should pass judgement against Josh, but it’s fine to judge the girl filming and make judgement on her motives?

Rather than a “set up” it is just as possible that this is not a one off and the girl is protecting herself with this video.

No.
You can cohabitate whilst a dvo is in place.

You just cannot breach it.
Which means u cannot harm, intimidate or threaten.

But u can still live together.
Its not a restraining order.

I'll agree that is intimidating. Like I said I don't agree with the way Reynolds is acting in the video, however:
(1) None of his actions in the video can be considered criminal
(2) Why has the woman not listened to his repeated request to leave the house and instead chosen to record the ordeal without him noticing? For someone that should be intimidated that is quite weird if you ask me

But like always, since I don't agree the held views on domestic violence I'll now be painted as a DV offender who has no respect for women, despite the fact I've never done such a thing. That's how it usually goes.
