I'm not a JR supporter by any means but I'm not a detractor either (unless the charges are proven then like any decent bloke I will hope he gets punted and punished accordingly).

So he reacted when he found out he was being recorded without his knowledge? Is that really all? If so he's the victim.
Geez what a horrible take.
It's not a horrible take at all. Like @happy_tiger said previously this incident is so clearly a set-up by the woman in question. She's provoked him then recorded his reaction on camera, all for what? And the way you blokes go on and on as if you've never argued with a woman in your life. He won't be sacked for this and shame on whoever recorded/distributed the video.
Crikey, another horrible take.
Seems a lot in here condone this kind of behaviour. He has history of being aggressive/intimidating behaviour towards women.
Like what? Not one thing has been proven. People are quick to bandwagon these days. He's been convicted of ZERO thus far.
In the video he takes a swipe at her, and this is even before the actual events that led to the charges being laid. You don’t need to beat the crap out of someone to only get a DV charge

All we have to go on is the video and no matter what a SOBER man doesn’t treat a woman like that. It has no direct correlation to the DV case other than this at least the level this bloke will go to treating a woman.
No matter what the courts decide, or all the apologists on this forum. I will have a very hard time cheering this bloke in a black gold and white jersey.

How do you have any idea whatsoever if this video was before, after or during? You don't. Sounds like you're spinning the roulette wheel and just making up whatever you want to believe.

In the eyes of the law it would.
If your neighbour called the police and stated he could hear a violent argument... you're likely to be in trouble.

Of course, it is. Because it's against how you take the whole situation. I've noticed that a lot with your posts...
Sure, he's using language I don't necessarily agree with but you really do have to question why the woman has chosen to record all of this instead of leaving like Reynolds had asked her to.
You don’t find his actions intimidating, swiping at her with the remote etc?
I'll agree that is intimidating. Like I said I don't agree with the way Reynolds is acting in the video, however:
(1) None of his actions in the video can be considered criminal
(2) Why has the woman not listened to his repeated request to leave the house and instead chosen to record the ordeal without him noticing? For someone that should be intimidated that is quite weird if you ask me
But like always, since I don't agree the held views on domestic violence I'll now be painted as a DV offender who has no respect for women, despite the fact I've never done such a thing. That's how it usually goes.
Are u aware of the law?
Raising your voice to your woman is enough to be charged these days.
Not only did he do that he also verbally abused her in a threatening state.
As far as the law would view this, lines were crossed.
Hence why a dvo was put in place.
If this was to happen after he'd be facing a few years in prison.

Well that's just incredible to me. A woman can potentially goad her partner into possible self-harm, harming others, irrational behaviour etc etc but if her calls her a cow because of it he's a DV proponent? Wow.

I know a fair bit about the law but no need to go into that. Anyway, I know the point you are trying to make but that doesn't mean it's reasonable to assume from that video that he is a certified wife beater.
