Wests Tigers forward Sauaso Sue has been charged by the Judiciary from the Club's Round 13 clash against the Gold Coast Titans on Friday, June 5.

Sue has been charged with a Grade 2 Careless High Tackle following a tackle on Aidan Sezer in the 78th minute, with the Club not entering a plea for the charge yet.

Wests Tigers have until 12:00pm Tuesday to enter a plea.

Despite the tackle originally not being ruled as a penalty, Sue was placed upon report after further inspection by the Judiciary and charged with a Grade 2 offence.

With an early plea, Sue will be free to play in the Club's Round 14 clash against the South Sydney Rabbitohs, while if he fights and loses, he will miss one week of football.

I'm glad Sue is free to play with an early plea …but Jebus our game has gone soft

Fight it - he fell into it.

Next we'll have the defending team wearing Sumo suits.

The referees incl. video refs did enough damage to us on Friday night, now they want to interfere with the next game over a really good legal tackle.

That'll do me. Our game is an absolute joke. If it was accidental contact (which it was) why is he charged?
You may as well go and intentionally do some real damage. (Sorry just venting my frustrations!)

The article says it wasnt a penalty, but im sure a penalty was awarded and they took the two points.

I dont think it was a penalty. Dwyers shot on JWH comes to mimd, that was worse and that wasnt a penalty 😛

It says it wasn't originally a penalty - it became one after video red intervention.
I agree Dwyer's was worse, but it's not worth the risk. Early plea for me thanks.

I'd fight it.Dont the points cary on if he dosen? Which means he will cope a suspension for any infringement later in the season? I think that's how it works.

I would like to see him fight it but given Woods is out we will need him so need to bank on his availability and take the early plea of not gulity but because of not wanting to leave the team short against souffs will put the hand up (a plea without an admission). I know, your can't do it, but the review panel lives in fairyland so why not put the idea up…...
