Not that I want to derail the thread but I feel this is the reason for some of the push to establish a more permanent base out in the region. To harness this talent.

Still eligible for SG Ball next year too according to the article posted on the club's website this morning, so he's probably only 17 at the moment.

Have watched him play at Kirkham a few times before and looks the goods.

Yeah Lene played a couple of games in the Laurie Daley Cup side this year too, so he must be a year younger than a lot of the SG Ball boys. Saw him in Harold Matthews a few times last year and both him and Solomone Saukuru were stand outs in that side. Not too sure what happened with Solomone this year though. Maybe some injuries. He seemed in and out of SG Ball a bit.

Yeah Solo must be injured. He was there at Brooky on Saturday acting as ball boy and cheering the lads on.

I was very impressed with the hooker, Bailey Hodgson.
Especially during the opening half.
He continually split Manly up the middle.
The ‘Silvers’ had no answer to him 👍

Yeah I remember his management releasing it at the end of last year. I assume we have him for a few years through the junior system. He is still very young.
