Junior Roqica

I would just like to put this guy up as someone to watch.

His two performances so far this year have been very good, he seems to have a calm head, is disciplined, works hard in defence and really makes some yards with the ball.

A big comparison I know but he reminds me of a young Petero Civoniceva.

Did you see Neil Begovich play all but about 6 mins….....Junior has matured greatly in his 5th year with the Wests Tigers...great games by both PROPs

Throw in Matt Groat another Massive kid who's D close to the line was outstanding for someone so young..

We are certainly breeding forwards with skill and ticker...

The Warriors were a massive side.....the whole team aimed up...

Junior played alongside Aaron Woods in the Australian Schoolboys side a couple of years ago, back then he was small enough and quick enough to be a centre. These days it's a different story as he is learning the trade up front, but he's doing a good job and could end up in FG down the track if he continues to improve. The Tigers have some good front row prospects at the moment with Matt Groat the latest monster to join the pack.

I think most people know that mate - he played NSW Cup as a 16-17 year old (on the wing) & with his growth, natural strength & maturity he could be anything!!

Whilst Roqica is coming along well, I have to add that Begovich had a big game against a massive warriors pack (massive team in fact). Begovich is a tough workhorse.
