Ben Hunt was terrible, that is Mal's way of saying we look after QLDers.

Luke Brooks deserved a spot ahead of many of those In the 9s team. Wests Tigers = zero influence over the rep teams and players know it. Watch Matterson join the GC and Mal throw a Kangaroos jersey at him end of next year...

No reason Madge can't do the same to some up and coming NZ players either

Bailey Simonssen - $1000 per week, was working on a building site;
Corey Horsburgh - Cowboys flicked him
Emre Guler - making kebabs
Jordan Rapana - cutting hair
Jack Wighton - brawling in the street in Orange

What do they all have in common? Came cheap to the same club, ALL in Australian or NZ jerseys next weekend. Gotta start thinking outside the box.

Western Sydney aka League heartland represented well there. No players from Wests, Penrith or Canterbury. No surprises that no Warriors players were selected for Australia.

The Tongans just need a better spine. Particularly if they could find a half or two. Fairly solid elsewhere. That GB is a joke with the Aussies running around for them. Looking forward to watching Thompson again though.

No Aussies in their pack which is a really solid pack of forwards which I believe would give our forwards a run for their money. They lose out badly in the backs.
