Hunt is great defensively and if there is a fullback that returned the ball with more vigour he was before my time

People seem to forget he played a game at 5/8 in SOO in a position he never played at senior level and won MOTM and the players player awards for it

At the right price he would be a bargain pick up

As for Hunt, he's jus been charged with drug possession, who knows what his fate will be? Why would any club even touch him ATM. Would be dumb with a capital D.

I guess you can let Todd Carney know that , you might convince him …...

He wanted to come to the WT's and his Mum wanted him here when he was booted by the Raiders

Probably a bit like a "code red" from the movie " A Few Good Men "

You'd never find it our core values word for word , but it existed , and many WT's fans (Forum members and non Forum members ) would agree

If true we dodged a bullet not signing him. Still more trouble than he's worth.

Back on topic Karmichael Hunt probably had the perfect mix for a fullback in my opinion

Fearless ,size , speed , never shirked bringing the ball back , good under the high ball , good hands , very good defender

Remember they moved Lockyer to accommodate him .....

Granted he has his issues and is 31 but he can still play this game and would be a good pick up at the right price

Matt Rodgers was out of the game for 7 years and was 31 when he returned to the Titans

Obviously not a cokehead though

Just giving my personal opinion , saw him play against the top NZ rugby side last year and he was head and shoulders the best on ground for Qld against a side whose forward pack rolled Qld up like a tin can and I doubt he would struggle with the switch back

Why would anyone even entertain the thought of signing him has me baffled. Okay now lets say he is guilty, do you really think the NRL would register his contract after two strikes. The NRL stance on recreational drugs his much harsher than rugby.

Than you have the fact he is on the other side of 30 and played a really physical style of football all his career so his body is starting to show signs of ware.

French Rugby is the home for players that are to hot to handle

Since he left league he became irrelevant. Could have been great but greed got him. I wouldnt even know what sport he currently plays without google. Is it AFL or Union? As for signing him, no way. I doubt he could hack it, plus we have already got rid of a self centred jerk off fullback recently.

Happy, you're assuming he'd want to come back. He was a premier player in the game when he left, the world at his feet and he hasn't been back in what 7 or 8 years? Everyone would have been vying for his services.

He's had his time here, he'll keep chasing coin in Union with an ARU contract.
