Keith Galloway

People are exaggerating the lose of Fifita way to much, lets not forget he was not in our first grade side at the end of last year, and I rate Woods, Galloway and Bell all above him, not to mention that he thought he was the best prop at the club. I miss Gibbs but had we retained him I don't think we would have seen Woods take his game to the level he has this year, he has been the most positive thing about this season.

I don't rate the guy all that highly, and don't particularly like him after some of his words to the media since signing with Cronulla, but it would have been nice to bring a prop in to replace him. We left ourselves short and put too much importance an KG and Woodsy.

Playing BMM at prop would be a HUGE waste of his talent. His best attributes are his speed, footwork and line-running, he has to play on the edges

All those qualities work just as well around the ruck. The Tigers rely far too heavily on wide running forwards- they need to play straighter in order to open up the edges. There are not too many guys that run as powerfully as BMM.

name a backrower in our 17 who can break the line on the edges. We don't have any except for BMM. Playing him at prop is a ridiculous answer to our problems, we need him running wide linking up with Lawrence and koro next year, he's a future superstar and props (generally) are less skilled than backrowers.

Either way he has to be in the team week in week out, extremely valuable player. If he'd played at prop I'll just be happy that he's in the team

Ellis and Fulton. Blair when hes playing to his potential, the Heighington of old could break the line also but i fear those days are past him

Ellis hasn't shown anything in a long time and I don't recall seeing Fulton break the line, I'm talking about someone who can do all the work themselves, not just put into a hole by benji

Fulton is the obvious answer- he's simply the best line-runner the Tigers have. Blair is supposed to be an effective edge runner- and we'll have to assume/hope/pray that he finds his form next season, otherwise that is a massive investment into an underperforming player. Pettybourne is also an effective wide runner. Add to this, Ayshford & Lawrence could & should be used as impact runners out wide too. Utai is nearly a suedo-2nd rower as it is.

The reason I'd look at BMM closer is because unlike all our other backrowers- his linespeed, feet and impact will allow to him to advantage of the slower, less skillful defenders against him, without compromising on size.
