Not really.
If you had been watching reserve grade you'd know he's been a standout since week 1 in the KOE yet had to watch Tuki , Amone, and Chee Kam get a run.
It's a recurring lack of ability to recognise talent in players that allows him to be overlooked while the coaches favourites like Mbye are untouchable.

Mate,Cini was killing it in KOE cup as well and everybody was calling on him to get a game...his debut was good the next game he cracked under pressure but is showing signs he can step up,his development is ongoing...
Kelma has great potential as well, but Madge knows best as far as his development goes,he played well last night but its a different level to play that way consistently in the NRL..
For all the Mbye haters and others in the team,Madge has to use the experienced players the best he can...if you put all the young guys in the starting team at once, you would see them slaughtered by the big guns of the comp..
Madge will get these young guys playing consistent competative footy in due time....and thats what it takes TIME....

So an obviously ready made NRL player like Tuilagi needs to be "developed", yet a raw as raw Tuki was ready?
Give me a break from the buzzwords that offer an excuse for poor judgement from those paid to know better.
Experienced players that offer 13 runs for 49 metres at fullback help the "development" of nothing. They drag down the team.
Cini was a funny example for you to use. He was thrown in in an unfamiliar position. He's been really good at fullback in KOE yet Madge managed to shatter his confidence by throwing him to the wolves on the wing.
Cini should be there at fullback where he looked very comfortable when given a limited run last week.

Obviously you know more than I do ....you have your opinion and I have mine.....email Madge with your knowledge...I made an honest comparison and you tell me I used FUNNY examples...I was making a comparison from KOE cup to NRL...but as I said you obviously know better...

It is a tad annoying watching a player like tuilagi have to wait so long when you can very clearly tell he is more advanced.
