We need former WT at our games. Former Balmain players did nothing for me then and do absolutely nothing for me now. Being an old Magpie supporter I'm sure old Balmain fans feel the same about our past. Apart from heritage round, Balmain and Magpies are extinct. WT greats are the 05 squad not Tommy or Blocker.

Theres a time and a place to be parading around though Yoss. I'm still scratching my head trying to work out why Sirro, Jack and Elias hijacked the GF celebrations in 05\. Anyone would have thought they'd won the comp

Bring ex Magpies & ex Balmain guys out for Heritage games but not for normal Wests Tigers games, bring out former Wests Tigers players, no one else. We are Wests Tigers. We are not Balmain and we are not Magpies.

You can only hope for the WT winning the comp this year. And then which leagues clubs will our fans attend, Ashfield or Campbelltown?

What I dont understand is that Wests Ashfield and Campbelltown have to pay to have Wests Tigers do things at their clubs. When was the last time you EVER saw a post match function at Wests Ashfield ???

The three men you mentioned are also massive fans of the club and in the case of Elias was probably a WT board member at the time. Why should they be excluded? They wanted to celebrate like everyone else did and it probably meant a lot to them given their own experiences. To say they hijacked the celebrations doesn't fit in with my memory. I remember an exremely drunk Elias keeping the crowd entertained while everyone waited for players to arrive.

Wests Tigers Are my team. Not Balmain Tigers or Wests Magpies. Lets look forward not backwards. Lets end bickering from either side of the JV and be one team and one team only. Wests Tigers. That is it !!
