And you are sure Kev will be a good full back????
Who knows, but he showed a lot of promise last night and for his country earlier in the year, so that's twice he has impressed there now, whereas I've never seen Lolohea play fullback! I just wish Cleary had gone on the hunt for a specialist fullback to replace Tedesco instead of gambling with a utility player who might go ok there. It's too important a position to experiment with, imo.

Well Lolohea has played more than 20 NRL games at fullback including a number of man of the match performances, so I'd say fullback is his specialist position. He has a hell of a lot more pedigree there than Kevin Naiqama that's for sure…

Nelson is on it… Tui hasnt even hit his straps yet, and Im not talking about potential Brooks and Moses style. He was pushed out by Foran and RTS, dropped to reggies to try turn him into a winger because he was too good to keep out of FG. He will get back to his former form, and seems to be alot more composed which is quietly impressing me, he had that warriors brain snap in him.
Right now Tui is the new kid with what 2 weeks with the squad, played with 2 different halves, in a position he wouldnt have trained in for at least one pre-season and he is already an upgrade on Moses. I get the vibe from him he is naturally a quieter person, so probably plays into him not getting as much ball as he should...
Kid is a natural footballer, and will do us proud at FB. Mark my words.

Yep, I guess not many people have actually seen him play all that much. Was awesome playing under Andrew McFadden.
@ said:If our recruitment drive has proven anything about this forum, its proven a lot of people here don't watch a lot of games outside of ours. Lolohea played over 50 games for the Warriors.

Agreed. Some bizaare player assessments are being made lately. The recruitment is going well.
@ said:Anyone else impressed with what they've seen of Kev at the back?
I thought he was solid for his country and has also been good for us when playing there.

@ said:OK after watching tonight's game I think it's only fair that I apologise for this thread.
Kevie tricked me into thinking that he was a first grader and could possibly be our no1 but I've come to my senses. Enjoy the UK Kev.
