Kick for goal

Whoever decided this is the worst judge of Rugby League ever.

I cant find one person who thought it was a good call, even after Moses kicked it you just new it was a bad move.

Any IDIOT can see that two teams went hard and fast at each other for 30 minutes and it was about to open up. To give up a full set of 6 in the oppostion half at this time was suicide. The game was over from that one decision by some idiot. Who the hell made it. Taylor? Woods, Moses? I want to know because an A grade footballer can read a game better.

Im so filthy on this call because it was so obviously wrong at the time.

Get a grip ks, a decision to take 2 points that early in the match could hardly be blamed for the entire 34 point loss! Seriously? Besides, even if we took the set of 6 at that stage there was no guarantee that we'd have scored - they couldn't buy a try today, probably would've ended up 36 - 0!

One of the most pathetic calls and last year we did a few of these calls.
Panthers took over from that point and it was game over from that point.

Lol at 36 0 I laugh when people do the Maths that way and fail, to understand the complexion and mentality of a game, instead of being 2-2 then knocking it on giving the panthers momentum we could have been on the attack gone up 6-2 changed the momentum to us and be on a role, and that pathetic last 7 mins wouldn't have happened ever watched back to the future?

We also could have dropped the ball or thrown a intercept, and they could have won 62-0

Hindsight a funny thing but I can't stand when people just take points away and not look logically at the complexion of a game the stupid commentators do it all the time!

Mate never underestimate the "swing" that occurs in todays game. We were the better team up until that point. Thats how rugby league is now. One bad call can change everything. The swing came right then. That call cost us.

I have no doubt at all the game goes down to the wire if we dont kick for goal. Opinion of course, but still very confident.

Penrith were gone. I really believe if we attack there we score 2 tries before halftime.

The call was horrible mate. 90% of people can see it.

It's more the mental approach flip, if it was 10 minutes to go? You can understand it to level the scores but 50 minutes to go? Pathetic call

I agree with Sirro and said so during the game. It was a numbskull decision. We had them on the ropes and looked sure to score. Instead we let them catch their breath and compose themselves and straight away they marched downfield and scored.
Idiot decision.

Was a good decision in the end ….them 2 points could make the difference come the end of the year

Very true. Penrith's for and against could be +200 at the end of the season instead of +202\. Critical moment in the season! :frowning:

I'd be more concerned about the 5 bombed TRIES…

And Brooks was sensational wasn't he?
Pathetic footballer….loving his jibbering articles

Brooks needs to play the percentages … Everything he does is rushed .
He still plays like he's still playing Holden Cup .
I would be trying to offload Brooks ...the supposed 900k he wants is laughable !

I'm always a "take the 2" supporter, but even I was baffled by the choice that far out… On the TV, it very much looked like the option was taken to give the boys a breather. Ironically, if we go the length of the field in the following set, it would be hailed as a good decision.

You think this was a flogging, wait till next week in Canberra. Brooke's went missing AGAIN, Idris is still on holidays. If you want to keep Moses, Woods and Tedesco sign Ivan Cleary NOW.

Why so angry…?

Nothing to do with what your saying 5 bombed Tries.
Don't know what you saw the 5 bombed TRIES.
Tedesco knocked on over the line and Suli fumbled it aswell apart from that Brooks played a major role in helping them win convincingly.

Don't know how you rate Brooks as a player, especially to have as an Avatar
But there is many average players anyway….when players such as Idris, Edwards, Naiqama are making your 17 you know your on paper thin.

I love him…

Also saw Nofoaluma try pulled back for a forward pass from Moses which looked flat at best ...Naiqama drop it with the Try line begging in the 2nd half ...Not to mention even when we did get close to the line someone eventually dropped it..3 or 4 more times..
