Kidwell Payten and Roach must go.

If Kidwell is defence coach, and Roach also provides input, now that the season is over,I can safely say what have you been doing all year. I don't see any structured defence. There's no wrestle, no locking up the ball, no pushing back in tackles and no 3-4 man tackles to slow opposition down. Please tell us WTF have you bought to the playing group. Please stop collecting weekly cheques without earning your keep.

Toddy and your looking after offence, well no offence, but are we talking about first grade. Mate you, like the other two have no idea, and to think a couple weeks back it was rumoured you were responsible for game plans. Little tip Todd, leave the offensive stuff to the pros, you were a forward, it doesn't suit you. Really can't teach something you never mastered. Take your hand out of the cookie jar, remain a club legend and move on.

Lets face it we need to put a bomb through the place and start again.

From the above list I would not mind if they all went apart from:
Sironen ( He is young, I remember his old man took a few years to come good and when he did it was well worth it.)
Blair (like him or hate him because of the money he is on, he has put in every week this year and can't be faulted on effort)
Farah (I am in two minds on him, he is a brilliant player, one of the best #9s I have seen ever. He can't be captain going forward after his actions the past few weeks and he divides the club, if we could get even half as good as player in his position you would think of punting him unless he gets the off field stuff right as well)

In my 30 years plus watching rugby league we have the best group of young talent I have seen and future success should almost be guaranteed except we are the worst run, most inept administered club in the NRL.

I personally think Potter can coach put he has to go. From the end of this season we need going forward:

New board ( will happen and can't come quick enough)
New CEO ( Grant Mayer has proven he is not up to the job)
New coaching staff ( I have no idea who put we need an entire new staff and part of it must include: a halves/backs coach that played those positions eg Brett Kimorely/Brad Fitler and far better rehab/conditioning/medical support)
New training base ( Concord is extremely sub standard compared to the majority of other clubs facilities, I personally would try to get something happing with UWS Nepean and try to get as much government money as possible for this, look at the facility the GWS got at Hombush as a guide to what you can get and what we should be aiming for).

Actually I don't mind the idea of hiring Kimmorley. In fact he's been around as an assistant a lot bloody longer than Todd Payten, to a lot better coaches. I wonder how he'd go as a head coach…

How the hell does Austin make the list?

He has been the season highlight imo.

Just a shame that garbage Anasta kept him out of the 6 all year.

I like Austin but he has a lot of mistakes in him.
At this stage of his career still an impact player for mine - who is being forced to do too many minutes because of our injury toll.

Just get rid of the fat guy. Absolutely disgraceful a member of the coaching staff would publicly bash their own teams captain like that. Clearly he thinks he's a vital cog to the team to say something along of the lines of ''they can sack me if they want''. He's delusional and obviously has a very self inflated opinion of himself to think that he's untouchable. An utter tool who thinks he''s shooting from the hip, yet shooting himself in the foot.

I agree that he should be shown the door, but I think that his motive is a genuine love for his club (albeit a different version) and not self importance.

Whilst his words have the effect of the common cold on WT, there is a rampant cancer eating away at the club that he wants gone.

Blocker is the "back in my day" guy at the pub.

Good value occasionally but all you ever hear about is how great they are and if they ran things everything would be different.

They are the guys paralytic at 10am on a Tuesday with a handful of losing TAB tickets and a head full of irrelevant stories that gets boring after 5 minutes.

You don't want that guy at your NRL club as a staff member

My 3 to go would be Roach Mayer and Mcdonell.
I would be happy with a Potter and Webster combination next year and the 3 you mentioned shown the door but that probably want happen.

Why Macca?
From all reports he's doing a fair job, though Im in the dark here.
You'd know irvine more than anyone what his focus and area is…juniors.

Not to mention too many different positions as well. Austin has been called on to fill the gap in just about every position on the team this year and this is only his rookie year with WT! I reckon he has been the shining light in an otherwise dark season. If ever we get a year without so many significant injuries and he can cement a regular first grade spot he will be a boomer of a player, imo.

It's not just juniors. He still the recruitment manger and is involved in NRL contracts he also thinks his the part time media manager.

I don't know about him doing a fair job. The recruitment guys for Storm and Manly with limited juniors do a great job of recruiting young players that go onto be 1st graders. His been there a long time and his from the Sheens era and we need to get past all that.

one thing for sure we cant go much lower but the amount of sackings on here I think some of the fans will have to pull the boots on

I think he's as hamstrung as the rest of the club re: recruitment due to us being skint.
Its clear retention of juniors is our focus…its all we got.

P/T media Mgr?
I _NEVER_ hear of the bloke personally
