Anybody know it/been there?

Is there seating?

Going by google maps and the minimal images i can find on the net, it seems like a seatless venue.

Should I bring one of them fold up camping chairs? Sitting on the ground these days doesnt agree with my old back

From memory there is a basic grandstand… Nothing special.

Mostly grass, have heard that it was looking good, as the had spent a heap of $$$ on it for the trial.

Are you heading out ink, I will, for sure.

Yeah, I've been wondering the same, this is my 1st time going to a footy game with my baby daughter, do people think there will be enough room for a blanket on the ground somewhere?

Yeah Im thinking of heading out, working early Saturday will see how I feel after that

edit:
Footage here (nothing much there)

Sunscreen and a big [This word has been automatically removed] off hat would be the accessories of the day

After making the trek to Cambo and Blue tongue and previous years to get my first hit of NRL for the season I have pledged never to go to a preseason game again. I know they are a necessary evil for the coaching staff but from a punters point of view the games tend to degenerate into a rabble after a few minutes. Probably being a little unfair and its good to see Camden get a NRL game, but gee I have seen some average trial games over the years.

So Iam relying on the old faithfuls to give me a unbiased appraisal of the game and our new boys!!

Ive never expected a trial game to be a highly skilled free flowing affair, theyre usually scrappy and rough and hard to take much away from after viewing really…just good to go to the footy again after a long summer

This is my neck of the woods boys! My kids play there as their round of games. Not too many places to sit it is a good idea to bring some chairs. There's a clubhouse up the top and they'll sell stuff up there other then that it's not too hard to work your way around.

I actually really enjoy trial games, gives a chance to see young and new players and how new combos may work.

I'll be there, great to see a game literally Walking Distance from Home! - Can't wait to see how they deck Kirkham out.

Have we got many people who are going to turn up from the balmain areas to this event .1st hit out for the year this should be a cracker of a game
