Seriously - what is wrong with Kevin moving to centre and bringing Hoeter onto the wing? Less weakening of the team IMO. Halatau is well past playing in the backs.

Highlights the absolute lack of depth we have in our squad for decent outside backs. Tonight's game just got that little but harder.

You dont take a specialist centre interstate as 18th man….you try to take a player that can cover many positions

That is all your doing covering , why not name a specialist Centre and have Lawrence as 18th Man .

Silly to me .

Best to take someone who can cover multiple positions. Maybe there are others with niggles

I'm sure JT knows what he is doing. Lovett must have impressed in the pre season.

If Lovett is coming into the 17 for Lawrence he will be playing centre. JT has earmarked him as a back up centre by playing him there in the nines and in a trial. While Halatau has spent zero time there in the pre season. Guarantee it will Be a direct swap.
