I don't know how to say this without sounding harsh, but I get the impression from Galvin that he may have a low IQ, possibly a minor intellectual impairment. I am not sure he has the ability to communicate effectively. There is nothing wrong with that but I imagine it may be difficult for him to address a team and get his message out clearly. A speech therapist might be helpful for him (speechy isnt just about pronunciation but effective communication, giving and receiving).
He needs better mentors around him than his shitty manager. Might have been an easier life to be more humble during these early career years.
