Exactly..lets see what the team leaders think and get buy in on whatever we do.Luai has a big say IMO
Disrespecting the coach publicly is huge,but without Latu or Bud being available atm there are few options
Im thinking they will say team first... play Glavin until there are any signs of his lack of committment,as hes been good(2 pts in Dally M last we) but is increasingly playing for his personal hilites reel rather than the team
Weve gotta focus on optimising this season

We’d be absolutely skewered by the media, but the club would be well within its rights. I don’t expect the ax to be that immediate though.

Comparing to this situation to when Henry left. He became a club great and is immortalized.
Stuck with the club. He won premierships and trophies, loved by all - even when leaving eventually to play for the legendary Barcelona and under Pep.
Not the same in this case. The pastures elsewhere are nowhere near as green.
Galvin is unproven and has won nothing.
He will be boo’d by his own fans every time he runs out.
And I hope it’s loud.

If Galvin truly believes he can't reach his potential with a coach who is a golden boot, premiership winning 5/8th AND a 4 time premiership winning 5/8th beside him AND a world class COE to build out his body, he is dumber than a door post.
The Tigers dont usually come out on top, but in this case, I would stack that against any setup in any other club.
So his manager has not done his job if this is the narrative. The evidence is stacked against it, as Geordie said... and now, his client is dealing with serious pubic hatred at 19 years old.
It smells very rotten.

I think Benji doing him a massive favour here.
Shielding him from the fan backlash, as well as an embarrassment on field when Luai freezes him out of the game.
He and his team have done himself no favours. The optics are incredibly negative and there really isn't coming back from this, imo.

We made accomodations for Galvin given he was the long term plan. That included impacting fainu and to a lesser extent, doueihi. He's no longer in the long term plans, so why not give Adam and latu the roles? Its not like they arent capable. Adam would have been far better last round than Galvin.
Especially if Naden is back. He was looking great in the trials.
Now is the time to send a message. We need to do this so no one messes with us moving forward. Hold Galvin for next 2 years and let him kick stones. Enough is enough. Richo knows what he is doing.
