Isn't this just fking brilliant... What a teamApi Koroisau and Jarome Luai have requested to front the media when the Tigers are due to undertake their press commitments on Thursday. They haven’t appreciated some of the commentary around Benji Marshall that they believe is being driven by Galvin and his management (SMH)
I am confused as to why anyone at the club should care what daddy says, why has he even been asked? Well obviously the club is wrong because Daddy & Mummy said he is the best footballer ever and should have been allowed to run the club. This kid has ruined his rugby league reputation already, he will probably get a big contract eventually but I doubt any players will ever fully trust him.I also like how Daddy claimed he understands all the animosity towards his son atm. What about the animosity towards him? He’s not that oblivious is he?
Ok this is not the bee's knees but heard Parramatta are trying to move Brown on now before June 30th which makes sense as he playing crap football and if they make it happen, they will approach West about Galvin. Please let be true can we get Sam Tuivaiti in exchange.
Agreed. Letting him play KOE is a slap in the face to them too. These are guys who have jobs outside of footy and want to be there.I doubt the lower grades guys will appreciate his behaviour either, buckle up kid, you are in for a hell of a bumpy ride.
Definitely don’t let him go. Make him sweat out it until end of 26 season.Personally, I wouldn't let him go. Let him play reserves and fill in for Latu when he's injured. Make him prove his next contract and face the boys every week with his tail between his legs. Will be good for him.
HOWEVER, Manly losing DCE next year means they need a win in the halves and could go all in on Galvin (again Moses has his fingers all over their squad including the coach). If that's the case, I would be open to an end of year swap: GALVIN for OLAKAU'ATU. They need a big name half, we need a top rate 2nd rower. Plus Haumole is very close with the Fainus so could be enticing for him... Would definitely go a long way to sweetening the sour taste left by Galvin.
But I reckon Galvin has got it in his head that he will replace Brown at the EELS and partner the tanker Mitch Moses. They've had coffee together, Isaac Moses has been setting this up, getting in his ear ever since the Brown decision... Not sure there is anyone at Parra that I would want in return, in which case, they can wait to have him in 2027.
He’s off contract sign him for next year. No value in releasing Galvin. We have miles of cap room.Ok this is not the bee's knees but heard Parramatta are trying to move Brown on now before June 30th which makes sense as he playing crap football and if they make it happen, they will approach West about Galvin. Please let be true can we get Sam Tuivaiti in exchange.
Yep. He may not be on a $1million per year contract with us but that is his market value. Do not let him go without getting someone awesome in return.Definitely don’t let him go. Make him sweat out it until end of 26 season.
No it won’t. It shows that they back the coach and the club.I hope the online stuff from players stops. It will all look pretty silly if we don't win games.
That’s my point I was trying to make earlier! The whole article is just an attempt to put a silver lining on shitting on the club
He wanted out b4 Benji arrived
Now he is blaming Benji for wanting out
a photo of galvins locker with here comes the money playing in the background essentially mocking galvinWhat was turuvas post ? Can anyone share?
So they trot out another Moses player to defend Moses grub tactics, no shock there. He can eat a whole bag of ém!
Wdym? 2024 off season they both didWhile neither asked for a release, they have both just 'notified that they will quit'..
Yes the timing is, interesting.
I suspect though it's just Galvin making himself available now, before clubs lock up DCE...
Not only that, by mentioning he can develop better as a player elsewhere, that’s also a slap in the face to his team mates as they also play a large part in a young players development. No it won’t. It shows that they back the coach and the club.
Galvin was part of it. There is a way about going about things and he has chosen to leave in the most disrespectful way by singling out his coach. The guy that is responsible for him being a profile player.
Also makes it much easier for Benji to select Latu and move in a different direction without the pressure of having to select Galvin in the halves. It’s good that he said that, will make it easier when we tell him he’s required to fulfil his deal unless we get something valuable in return.
100%.I hope the online stuff from players stops. It will all look pretty silly if we don't win games.
