Latu looked sharper in my opinion. He’s a better body shape and faster and has equivalent skills. Unfortunately I think we will lose one of them. They are both quality halves in the NRL and with Luai on board for 5 years I can’t see how we make it work. Maybe the best option is to trade one of them for a gun forward.

Latu is more injury prone, quieter, less hungry for the ball - yes has more silky hands

And emailed the club on Monday offering 3rd party $$ support but ONLY for galvin.

Have a meeting with Betsy next week I think

@tigermate I 100% agree with you that Galvin is a one of a kind superstar but you are extremely underselling Latu Fainu… this kid is on the same level as Galvin talent wise & have no doubt if we seen him from round 1 we’d be ooing & ahhing the same we have about Galvin with him.

He wants the ball every play and doesn’t care if he pisses off any player in our team old or young

Latu looks more “nice” on the field

Glavin doesn’t give a sh*t who you are

Talent silkyness yeah latu

But galvin is a killer - you can’t coach that

You have it or you don’t

Micheal jordan had it

It’s in their DNA - it has nothing to do with talent or skill … it’s the competitive nature
