OFFICIAL Lachlan Galvin #277 *Released* Career Discussion.

Other than the turuva try vs dolphins where he was 1st receiver, you can't just include the fact he passed the ball in a sequence of play for other tries and give him credit there. The attack dies with him a lot. At least galvin can set up tries. If latu plays well I think luai might play in reserves when he returns from injury
Why?
Youre the one banging on about 0 try assists
Ive explained why To'a has 3 TA's
I cant help you if your too dim or ignorant to recognize this

Hes had a hand in half of our 16 trys as Ive shown last night despite your claims hes done nothing

He’s also conveniently ignored the post where I corrected him on Luai causing 2 tries for the warriors … deflect deflect lol

Yeah … he’s trolling

The 4x premiership winner and SOO winner five eight will play reserve grade over a bunch of rookies

FMD theres been some dumb stuff said on here over the years but you just took 1st prize with daylight 2nd. You obviously are trolling.

Luai has had an average start with us. I use that word literally, not great, not bad. Happy with that. Needs to work on his long kicking game and run the ball more but has been very good at creating space for outside men and organising the team. Happy with his performance so far but expect more as the season(s) progress.

That’s exactly where I’m coming from aswell. He’s been ok so far, just doing a job. I’d be more worried if he was this conservative in round 20, but nothing to worry about here

It would be a tough job fitting into a new team, especially when you have come from the penthouse of setups to the basement. He would expect a certain level of structural knowledge that isnt always present at this club. People miss their assignments a lot.
He has been playing pretty well on a personal level, making some great tackles and doing the odd great thing in attack as well as organising the plays. As a halves pairing, he and Galvin are not there yet, they are getting in each others way and often look slightly lost and confused.
Its a work in progress and theyll get there...hopefully this season.

Pretty sure Api had the same problem when he came across it took time to acclimatize.

That makes sense doesn’t it. Benji sees it differently though, with our 13 as predominantly a defender and our 6 playing off the 7 which is dulling the 7’s attack. I thought we got Luai to run the team from 7.
Benji needs to move Galvin to 13, Latu 7 and Luai 6 and play the halves each side, therefore giving Luai more freedom.
im actually not convinced latu is a 7, i think he's more of a ball playing 6.

The reason most definitely isnt your opinion.

More likely because Galvin was the next cab off the rank after the Brooks -> Manly BS media fest
The fact he played an entire season on debut, shouldve got rookie of the year, and has a mangager who know how to get his clients name in the media
Latu was also out half the season injured... so it was a clear runway for Galvin.

Galvin imo needs the ball in his hands, he is the energiser bunny, but he just needs to learn to control himself a bit and pick his moments better cause many times he stifles our attack and it breaks down, though he's only a pup and will learn, develop and get better, it's having an impact on Luais game as the combination is still gelling.
You're right about this.

The more I think about it, it plays into Galvin to #13 narrative. A Liam Fulton type, ball playing lock, who can defend like there's no tomorrow because he has a huge motor...

Then Luai and Latu in the halves to control the game's direction.

It alleviates the pressure on Galvin to control the game, because more often than not he plays off the cuff which can screw up our structure.

OK I'm sold. Galvin to #13.

Nathan Cleary, Isaah Yeo, Dylan Edwards, Brian To'o, Liam Martin, JFH, Moses Leota and Stephen Crichton are all more important to their success
you're the same guy who lives under the bridge aren't you...
I'm noticing a trend with your posts

Galvin needs to improve his defence to be compared with Fulton.

Is it possible there is someone more stupid than Riccio, he's trying to sensationalize it poorly, who's dumb enough to fall for that pathetic attempt at journalism.
A $10m contract could be worth $700k to an agent. It doesn’t really matter what’s real or not, it’s what matters that matters.
