OFFICIAL Lachlan Galvin #277 *Released* Career Discussion.

Tonight's loss really hurts.
However, I think we forget Galvin.

He can play the year out in cup, until we can offload him in a trade deal.

If Latu is still injured,
Mason to 6.

AD didn't deliver tonight.
Back to centre.

Keep Galvin away from the squad.
He's expired goods.
Don't need his bad attitude rubbing off on others.
" i CaNt wAiT tO gEt oUt oF tHiS PlaCe!!1"
No thanks.
I get how problematic 7 is... But AD needs to go back to that center spot right now.

Backline stability is highly under-rated and we were targetted. One thing I am critical of Benji is he doesn't respect defense enough and keeping team structures the same/similar helps us defend. It's a tough choice without a halves option, but moving AD out of Center meant our backline was weaker.

The other moves ofcourse is putting Naden in at 5/8 or shifting Api to halfback with TDS at hooker... So I get it, try AD at 7. But we really need him at Cente.r

Imo Benji has to pick Lachie and the players need to ignore the off field stuff and get on with playing.
He is contracted for a year and half and at this point we can't afford not to use him.
Luia played a full season committed to another club. Ivan dropped Turuva after he signed with us and bought him back in the FG, and they all got on with it. We need to do the same.
The emotion has to be taken out of it. Team first means also picking your best players.
Obviously the interest in this situation is not going to go away and could have very likely blown up any chance of having a decent season but you always have to select the best that is available and if you can't because of pride or emotion then you need to reconsider whether you are the right person for the job.
A massive week for Benji.

In the light of the Galvin mess, is there any point in the WT spending even a cent on the juniors? It seems that the Tigers invest in juniors, get them up to scratch, and then they go on to help other clubs beat the Tigers over and over ... Paps, Moses, Teddy ... for how many years have we watched those guys orchestrating Tigers losses? They even lift against us.

Maybe Richo should tell the NRL that the Tigers can no longer afford to invest in juniors, if the best juniors are no help to the club. Why invest in juniors for other clubs to benefit? Might as well be like the Rorters and use our money to poach talent. Once Galvin goes, all of the best players in the team will be from Penrith.

Threatening to pull the plug on the juniors might be the only way to get the NRL to listen and stop this blatant manipulating of contract rules.
This is exactly what happened after the last drama with Moses teddy etc.
Didn't help us much.
We should stay on the same path but try to be better at keeping our juniors

So Moses must have got to Matamua and Tumeth too then...

If they really have a grievance with the club that gave them a first grade debut when no other club would even look at them... should be grateful they got to see first grade.

Nobodies.
Now, I don't know much about this but from what I have heard on here, aren't the RLPA saying that top 30 players should not be dropped below reserve grade, and if they are dropped below this level then they can request an immediate release from their contracts?

So if that is the case and they are incensed at being played at Ron Massey, Sydney Shield or some lower grade competition then why aren't they asking to be released?

I don't think Wests Tigers are stopping them from leaving or is it that no other club wants them that is stopping them from leaving.

Seems like they have no problem take up a top 30 spot and in the case of Matamua now for a third year without providing any value to the club.

What exactly have Wests Tigers done wrong for the RLPA to be involved with these 2 players other than some sort of agenda against the club, no doubt urged on by Isaac Moses and his cronies.

I don't think the tigers have done anything

As someone else said there will be videos to show the form of the players in those competitions too..

It only has air time because of the Galvin issue

Going out on a limb here, but could that potentially be an issue; a they have been pushed into grade where they can seek a release so that seems to be possibly the club forcing their hand a bit. But also possibly aggrieved given they are Top 30 players without a future contract and are not in a position or competition that gives them the opportunity to be demonstrate that.
If theyre playing at a standard that would make any NRL clubs take notice and gain interest...that would be noticed immediately, every week we play oppositions linked with NRL clubs, word filters through, its not like theyre hidden away somewhere

C'mon we need to stop giving this air. They simply haven't progressed it happens at every club. If they were in demand they would be long gone or we would be fighting off interest to keep them.

Sorry to not study these pieces of shite more closely. No I am not sorry, I am quite glad to not waste my time or brain capacity on this tribe. I noticed the other day when seeing these parasites in person how much a short dweeb Read actually is. Makes Riccio look tall, but he’s not.
Yeah....I dont know how people can be bothered to take such an interest in whos jacking off who...theyre all scum
But jesus thast weidlers smug smarmy ugly face gets my blood going, the way he is in players and coaches faces - in their personal space...I sometimes feel for players coaches etc having to deal with these lowlifes

I think we have to pick him otherwise we are fueling that he is being victimised because he doesn't want to extend.
It has to business as usual and if he considered the best option in the halves then he needs to be selected there imo

I’m getting very nervous about this all for our club. I trust in Richo, so I really really hope he can get us through this in a positive way and absolutely ruin the career of I.Moses. I pray to god we have some dirt on him we can fire back.

You could find loads of things at a footy club that would, on paper, look like bullying, especially when compared to the threshhold of an office worker.

This was planned long ago. The dossier part stinks of it. He was building a case against the club behind our backs and never once mentioned anything to us.

...and people want him back in first grade...

The dossier was smart play by them to niggle at Benji’s ego. This is about a big payday at Parramatta. Don’t forget that.
