Penisini is the biggest name of the four, committing his future to the Eels until at least the end of 2026 and taking up a player option in his favour in doing so.

Oh I think he had prepared a genuine offer as a possibility but absolutely he also did it to call their bluff. And in that sense he won the game of chicken. It has not been the best month for Isaac with some prominent ex-players and journos calling him out directly.

Is it just me that thinks Galvin cant tackle, runs across field, has ordinary 5th tackle options , cant kick, and when he does run, makes the play before the line not at the line.

No - i have thought that from day 1. His only saving grace is occasionally he will pull a game changing rabbit out of the hat. Is he worth a million - no way. Is he going to be a superstar - maybe but he has a hell of way to go before he is even close.

Its not money as he got offered a huge contract here. If someone has bettered it Id be very surprised but if they did, hed use that as leverage to raise our offer. This didnt occur.
He has said in no uncertain terms that its the development angle.

I'm sure the coaching staff and possibly even the board would have questioned him on where he thought the club was failing him in this area. We will never know what the answer was if there even was one. No doubt when he has moved on one of Moses crony storytellers will come up with some bullshit that will cover it.

I'm going to be honest tucker why doesnt he want to play here? Because something is off. He asked for a release before he played for us. And it could be the Wests Tigers or him.

It goes to the club not the cap. Can’t be used for players salaries.

I dont know why we continually talk about "player swap"? Player swaps are a myth. The players have to want to make a change. In a business sense, Richo will want to get maximum out of the toxic situation Moses and client have placed ourselves.Money might be the only thing he can negotiate.
Atleast we can then buy players who want to play with us.

Thats nonsense - you can't add any compensation to your cap - so you are still limited to the players you can afford now.
