I get it...You might right. But it’s grain of salt stuff. One of those “You can’t believe everything you read on internet” type things.
The bandaid was never tenable long term. Its the paraphrasing that I question.
Im not saying you or your mate are lying/ exagerating. Not at all.
Emotion alters the facts as people focus on the bit they want to hear.
Like I said, it was reported or said somewhere that his speech to the group was absolute garbage. Have you heard the kid talk? Didnt spend a lot of time in school....
It didnt appear untenable when they played against Sharks. That was a committed effort and they were all very excited that they won.
Interviews after that game:
Im sure thats true. The bandaid was never tenable long term.
It was always going to rear it's ugly head again.
This is good practice regardless of the workplace. I have never been a 1st grade player so not sure what I would note. However as both an employee and now an employer I keep notes on just about every interaction. You may never need it but it's invaluable if when you do.The long and the short is he took notes against his coaches and or fellow players. Seriously made notes so it could be handed in.
Imagine being in a team like that.
Real bit of work.

Its already imploding by the sounds of itgalvin going to the Dogs doesn't mean they will reshuffle the deck to fit him into 1st grade this year. As much as some wish the Dogs would implode can't see it happening. That team was built smart n fast, not just for a quick fix but for longevity. Seem to have their juniors ticking along nicely and I'm sure galvin will take his place amongst them for his development or perish
if the kid is so mentally defective, he may just disappear up his own backsideIts already imploding by the sounds of it
Yep. Sounds like he's extremely two-faced. The fact that this all came as a surprise to everyone at the club, with a manifesto in the background, shows his true colours. Why does everyone keep saying he's a good kid? Sounds like an absolute brat tbh.
They would be pretty thick not to. I advise every one to keep a journal (it used to common practice). We all expect our drs and solicitors to keep notes about our meetings dont we ???Every one has home insurance, health insurance, savings etc but think it's strange to keep a log of work place interaction. It's why boards have secretaries, why you clock on at work etc so there is record. It's not nefarious it's to help protect yourselfDo any of your employees also make notes in those interactions?
chinese whispers are just a scatter gun approach to factsIts already imploding by the sounds of it

Do you not record interactions after theyve occured?Anyone got time to be doing any work or are they all sitting around taking notes on each other 😀
Do you not record interactions after theyve occured?
i.e. get given a verbal directive or have an unexpected incident/result? It is very good practice to create a trail that can be investigated should something go to shit.
