OFFICIAL Lachlan Galvin #277 *Released* Career Discussion.

Your memory is a little jaded - but I’m not going to tell you how to feel.

Mitch had a game in that few weeks period where he was almost (if not) best on park - then he had a shocker, no one remembers the cracking game…

He was also a 22 year old kid who’d just been told he wasn’t required at his junior club.
We’re going over old ground here. However, the reason he was told he wasn’t required is because the club got sick of waiting. Cleary came in and said “enough’s enough”. Framing it as Moses being unwanted is disingenuous because the club were trying to sign all four of them for months.

But wasn't the reason for that was him and others stuffing the club around not giving an answer if they were staying or not.

At the time I thought it was because of Taylor's coaching but then Ivan was appointed, then he put deadlines on because he needed to know what they were doing so he could put his roster together.
Possibly,
But Ivan’s reasoning (and woods has mentioned it) was moreso that we couldn’t afford all 4 deals, and then to still have a half decent squad around them.
So he pulled the Moses deal - which may or may not have triggered the other 2
(History will never know)

I think the group took exception to the way the coach treated the club captain at the time and it all went downhill from there…

Again, history will never know - but I can’t blame the boys wholey and souley considering we were still a rabble almost a decade later…

They were trying to sign them for months - agreed.
But that wasn’t the reason the Moses deal was pulled, The deals were all too big and we couldn’t afford them.

The deadlines came later…
Which was strange in itself, as Cleary hadn’t given them much time to prove that he was the coach for them moving forward.

And then have a big swag of that money to a few of his clapped out former players before shitting on us himself.

Maybe understand the legislation, that's a dog shit news corp interpretation.

More to the point no one's been affected by anything yet.

No legislation has been passed by the house or the senate

All the sky is falling in henny Penny's need to get a grip !!!

Are you telling me that I will still receive a 50% concession on CGT if I were to sell my business in 10 years? Do you mind pointing me in the direction as to where in the legislation this is stipulated?

Man, it dredges up bleak memories, hoping we never go through that turmoil again it set the roster back years and a lot of painful seasons.

Not enjoying all our wounded out either at the moment, those last 3 games gave me the shits, a reminder of the bad old days when the roster was woeful.

Though I don't like the dogs, I think they put a few points on tonight. This is there game and final. They will be going hard. Got plenty ofultis on anyway.

I hate that they might get a win and confidence before playing us!
