They were trying to sign them for months - agreed.
But that wasn’t the reason the Moses deal was pulled, The deals were all too big and we couldn’t afford them.

The deadlines came later…
Which was strange in itself, as Cleary hadn’t given them much time to prove that he was the coach for them moving forward.

And then have a big swag of that money to a few of his clapped out former players before shitting on us himself.

I think the group took exception to the way the coach treated the club captain at the time and it all went downhill from there…

Again, history will never know - but I can’t blame the boys wholey and souley considering we were still a rabble almost a decade later…

Man, it dredges up bleak memories, hoping we never go through that turmoil again it set the roster back years and a lot of painful seasons.

Not enjoying all our wounded out either at the moment, those last 3 games gave me the shits, a reminder of the bad old days when the roster was woeful.
 
Though I don't like the dogs, I think they put a few points on tonight. This is there game and final. They will be going hard. Got plenty ofultis on anyway.

I know this is a Galvin thread but I have no issue with him apart from his manager and Father. Gus Gould losing is enough for me to be satisfied. Seriously he gets contracts with a Chinese dinner? Mate if I ever got signed I'd want at least a steakhouse.
 
Gus has done a disgraceful job with Dogs roster
If they lose tonite...with Storm without their key players..pressure mounts yet again
Lose against us the following week...and someone is goonna get canned
Thinking Obrien first up..but Ciraldo or Gus not too far behind
Added incentive for WTs

Either or, both good meals!

I accidently bought a $45 scotch fillet steak last week week and I wish I didnt, because no other steak compares. Ive had good steaks before but i think this is by far my favourite now

Really? Scotch fillet? Damn there is nothing better. I actually had the best steak ove ever had on a cruise 3 months ago. Never been on one before. Royal Caribbean chops grille gave me a prime rib and I tell you without a doubt it was the best steak I've had.

Going on them again next year and Il be hitting that restaurant I tell you.

Excuses the only think Ciraldo is speaking. Everyone can see the issues but they don't change it. At least Benji makes changes. Tavana had a bad game then he's put back in reserve
Ditto Toa. Tracey has been the worst fullback Ive seen for years and he had a run of games with no change. They got rid of Maloney and put a Heywood there. Stupidest thing I've ever heard.

The irony of a Tigers supporter saying other teams are stupid is not lost on me.

My only memory of Woods is that he was an overrated buffoon. I guess he had a period of good form but that’s probably been overshadowed by the way he exited the club and his performance in the backend of his career.
 
He was the Benjamin Button of props. Most props mature and get better with age. He came out of the blocks at 20 and was a star. Then went backwards and was on par with Jack Buchanan by the time he retired.
