He was never taking it.
Think it played its partI thought the constant booing was over the top.
LolHe could go down as one of the most over priced worst signings of all time . To think we offered him a $5m contract . My goodness he’s like a headless chicken with no clue.
I thought it was greatI thought the constant booing was over the top.
Our team is a cohesive and loyal unit. Galvin's departure has lifted our team.I thought it was great
Stuff him...he made his bed
This is passionate fans giving it back to someone who disrespected a club legend
In fact it didThis didnt turn out like you hoped eh...
The bunker closed their eyes and imagined it, to make Gough look credible.I didn’t see the ball hit the line
The Raiders have a no 6 who started his career with little fanfare yet being an elite junior talent and now is a gun footballer. He is everything Galvin isn’t and is probably getting 30% less coin. I guess Galvin did not start all the hype, but he certainly used it as a platform to exit the Tigers and bad mouth the place on the way out the door.
Like others Iam enjoying his and the Bulldogs failures and keeping thing how good Karma is
"Best young footballer ive seen" ... Even before the whole Dogs thing, that quote made quite a few headlines. This is an interesting subject regarding the Galvin hype. I dont think anyone is to blame for starting the hype, I just think it comes down to us being a high profile club in Sydney debuting and 18 year old who hadn't played reserve grade. That immediately generated hype. However, IMO Galvin is to blame for what followed. His overplaying his hand, demanding the ball over senior players, the fake smiling as he runs onto the field.....he was given an inch and took a mile. He played on everything, thrived on the attention, tried to generate more attention. What's happened since he has left surely wiuld be humbling him to some degree. I often wonder in quiet moments, does he think "gee, I had it pretty good at the Tigers".
I honestly don't think Richo was ever going to pay him that much. I think it was released to the media as such with already having the knowledge his crew was never going to look at anything the Tigers put on the table. It made them out as idiots playing out as it did.Imagine if he had of taken Richo’s deal and we were paying both him and Luai a a million each 😮

Definitely what you said is true but then that that 18yo debut was also for Brooks, Maka, Moses, Teddy, even Groat, Buchanan etc..
His decisions, leaked dossiers, the interview with Weidler etc is all on him. Eventually he will grow but I think for the next year or two, he still has to try and figure out this is a team sport.
I think he stays at 5/8. He will develop his boot eventually when he's done 100,000 kicks or so. His strength is running fitness not wrestling fitness which is what you need in the middle. In fact I don't think he can make a head on 1-1 tackle at all. Look how many times Critta makes a mistake and goes in to protect Lachie instead of staying out.I think he will be a great lock if he can let his ego go and accept he wont be the guy who comes up with the big plays. He can play 6 until he is ready to play in the middle or play 13 in cup....but IMO the best of Galvin will be at 13 in 4 years time....that thought must kill them lol

Also lost control of the ball on the way down - how the bunker ever confirmed that as a try is a joke.I didn’t see the ball hit the line
ricky will have to break out the Arthur ash to keep Strange at canberra at next contract negotiation .The Raiders have a no 6 who started his career with little fanfare yet being an elite junior talent and now is a gun footballer.
