Agree benji needs to shorten the minutes like what roosters used to do and we would see a devastating prop

With Twal back, his workload will reduce so hopefully more impact, when Twal is out he is that rock in the middle that just needs to be consistent and error free.

May has 38 more tackle breaks and 400 PCM more than Barnett, can’t be bothered averaging it out but I reckon May would school him

Yes this, I agree he plays similar to how soft Woods would run however for a few of his early years (before dramatically falling off of in form) Woods had the uncanny ability to plod and twist into the line, take out 3 defenders and generally get an offload away. May just plods softly into the line and then plays the ball slow.
if he was allowed to play for 50mins im sure 80mins of energy packed into 50mins would bring much much better value. But we have Benji as coach. Derp

When the team was at full strength Winston he was playing less minutes and looked more intimidating, think the big minutes lately are due to all the injuries.

Interesting to see what is done this game, with Twal back we might see some return to expectations.

Stats don’t tell you everything about a player , Teammates and opposition players judgments are a better guide than any stat.
I’m sure word spread pretty quickly about how good/tough most players are and they don’t need to see a stats sheet to know who is a better player.

In 2024 May got voted by the RLPA as the games best impact player

So yes, word literally did get round from team mates and opposition players
