Right. That took a while to clean up!
I don't know if it's a full moon or if people are on the sauce, but that was a right mess.
I thought I'd stepped into a kids playground! Honestly, from everyone involved in that, you all looked ridiculous.

It's embarrassing.

Please just have a think before you type something up and click "post".

The line is drawn here, now move on and act like the adults that you are.

What the hell just happened?

That’s what I was thinking, we leave them alone for one night and this is what happens!!!!

So, day 52 of this thread, is anyone expecting a result before day 57 or even day 63?

Not really expecting anything 😂 but I’m enjoying all the speculation, inside info etc

If Mitchell himself hasn't a clue which club he is going I don't understand how anyone else would possibly know which club he is actually going to.

Good assessment.

I suspect a lot of the to-ing and fro-ing is because the kid is still trying to work out what he wants to do. It's a big decision for a young bloke and I'm sure he has plenty of voices in his ear telling him what to do - and not all of those voices will have his best interests at heart.

Guys. Take this non-LM discussion to the General Discussion thread

Can we create a sub forum for the dad humour? It’s tiresome having to wade through pages of lame jokes to find a post with substance. I mean one post is fine, but when everyone has to reply to it and it goes on for pages, there’s only so much a man can take.

I think the thing we keep overlooking is at this point he really doesn't have to do anything and he likes playing at the Roosters. Seems things are fine with the coach, and he has a contract with the strongest club in the NRL. If he stays and performs well this year - all will be forgiven

That’s true. If he stays, no one has to announce anything, which means this thread would stretch well into the season. It would easily top 1000 pages by the time we know exactly what he’s doing in 2021.

I actually think the whole drama will be for nought and he won’t go anywhere:

Latrell to front up to the Roosters on 6 Jan
Media speculation will be rife about whether he will play reserve grade as reported.
In early Feb, media will report that LM is training the house down and has had a “yarn” to Robbie - all is forgiven.
Latrell starts in FG and reopens contract negotiations
Roosters move some other players on and he signs for 900-950k with a new manager handling negotiations
Saga ends.

I reckon we were just a sounding board as to possible value.
